Mixes well without grit taste

Wow! My doctor said do you want to keep doing the surgery or fix it yourself? He said take metamucil every 12 hours, twice a day. It worked! My hemoriods stopped bleeding... i also take a small glass of prune juice too. I was bleeding so badly, that i went anemic needing an iron infusion. Taking this with the prune juice totally reversed everything in 6 weeks.... Thanks for the great advice doc!!!
