It was obvious we needed an island in the kitchen, but with limited floor space, having one built and bolted to the floor was not an option. This rolling island fit the bill perfectly! It's the right size to give you a comfortable work area, and compact enough to push out of the way when you're done. It's heavy, sturdy, and has plenty of storage both inside and underneath. It's the perfect height for a 24" bar stool if you intend to sit on the fold-up side and do your prep work. And the paper towel holder will hold the jumbo roll! It was easy to assemble with excellent instructions (except for the illustrations on the last page, they got a little vague, but understandable) I just assembled it yesterday, so I don't have any reviews on the usage, but I will sure let y'all know!

I purchased the unit for my Cricut machine and cutting mats/accessories. It arrived on time and my husband assembled it for me, ooh'ing and aah'ing about how easy it was to assemble and how very sturdy it was. He said all of the holes were drilled perfectly and the instructions were very clear. He was VERY impressed with the ease of assembly and the sturdiness of the unit. It is constructed of heavier materials than most and I had to assist with aligning the top of the unit on the base - but other than that, he did it all himself. We had purchased different item for a different purpose (Riverbay Furniture Stainless Steel Top Pine Wood Rolling Storage Microwave Table Kitchen Island Cart on Wheels with One Drawer and One Shelf in Light Green, https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07J5X4DY2?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details), and he said that the assembly of that unit was difficult, and that he had to use some of his own hardware because pieces and parts were either missing or misaligned. Even still, it is very nice looking (now that it is assembled) and functions perfectly. In comparison, this Spirich Home Kitchen Island on Wheels, Rolling Cart with Storage Cabinet, Small Kitchen Island with Drop Leaf and Towel Rack for Dining Room, White went together much easier.

Everything was fine except one cut out for the pull up flap hinge was miscut. I was able to trim it out more using a Stanley knife and small chisel and it is hidden by the flap anyway. Really that was the only thing. It is very sturdy and really looks as if it cost twice as much. The top is excellent quality. Use a rubber mallet to knock the castors into place. Looks great. The main table surface came damaged with wood pieces sticking out. This is going to be dangerous as we’re going to be using this surface to eat on. The other damages are whatever but the MAIN dining surface being damaged to that extent is terrible. The box also came nearly ripped through. We are disappointed in the delivery of this product and how it was packaged. Assembling this piece of furniture took way longer than expected too.
