This costume is not Charlie Chaplin. Sir Charles Chaplin did not wear a top hat, he wore a bowler. He did not wear a smoking jacket and riding boots, he wore an ill fitting tiny jacket and old shoes that were twice the size of his feet. This is not a Charlie Chaplin costume.
