You can’t go wrong with a Ravensburger puzzle! Ordered this one since I recently visited Pisa.

Wow!! Beautiful pizzle! The colors in this puzzle were vibrant and it was an absolute joy to work this puzzle. I’ve done it twice already and all pieces were there. As always, Ravensburger has high quality puzzles.

First time we were ever missing a piece on a puzzle. I am sure we didn't lose it since we had just opened it and the first thing I worked on was the blue car. (One solid blue piece was missing. ) I contacted Ravensburger and they immediately responded to my email. The representative and I went back and forth a couple times and all of this was resolved in just a few minutes. I was given the option to pick out another puzzle as a replacement and it was sent out within a couple of days. That puzzle was perfect. I was amazed at the customer service being so quick, courteous, and responsive.

I'm really enjoying this puzzle. But I hate the puzzle dust and am disappointed that Ravensburger wouldn't include a picture of the puzzle. Not great to have to squint at the box top.😒

Tutti i pezzi del puzzle erano presenti, si accostavano bene, i colori brillanti. I particolari quasi sempre molto nitidi (eccetto nella parte del fogliame, dove si non capiva bene che pesci prendere e bisognava andare un pò a fortuna). E' stato un piacere comporre questo puzzle e l'ho fatto incorniciare. Difficile trovare una cornice con la misura di questo puzzle, non è proprio standard.

This was such a fun and beautiful puzzle to make, definitely a keeper!
