TWO PACK - But they only send you one!
Love this product and have purchased it many times. I prefer the plastic container better than the carton. I have a hard time getting the carton opened especially since they tape it closed for shipment. The only problem I have is with the Amazon shipper who can't seem to send me two items in the two pack. I ordered the two pack and they send me only one container. Sent it back and they replaced it again with only one item. So frustrating! Ended up canceling my subscription. Ugh!

Only one arrived in the two-pack
It says two pack, but only one came. Had difficulty getting a second one. Called Fresh Wave directly. They were pleasant and helpful.

Good product, unusable packaging.
First, I really like this product. I think it works well, it's non toxic so it's safe to have around my pets and it smells great. Unfortunately, they decided to change their packaging from resealable containers to paper containers. The paper containers are very difficult to open and tear, leaving me with no way to reseal the container after opening and I have to either place the container in a plastic bag or put it in a new container. For the price they charge for this product, the need to provide better containers. I think I will be looking for other options if they don't change back.
