Works Great with My Baratza Encore
Perfect for my Baratza Encore grinder. I had no idea how much ground coffee was stuck up there until I used this, it was over a gram! Every time I grind coffee, I press on this several times and it always spits out more coffee grinds. Helps keep the surrounding area a bit cleaner and ensures I use everything. When I make espresso, I use 18g and I want to be sure I'm actually getting 18g. This is a must!

Excellent Bellows to Reduce Retention on Baratza Encore ESP
I bought this bellows to reduce retention in my Baratza grinder, and it works exceptionally well. It fits perfectly on the coffee bean hopper, and the lid also fits without any issues. The material feels durable and well-made, so I expect it to last a long time. I consider this an excellent accessory for the Baratza Encore ESP. When grinding for espresso, retention can reach around 0.5 grams, but with this bellows, and using the RDT technique, itโs reduced almost completely. If you want more consistency and less coffee waste, this is a great addition to your setup.

Must have for the Encore
Fits the Baratza Encore very well. The lid sits on the top - not tightly but it does not allow anything to escape. Once grinding is complete, a quick push or two on the top and the grind chute is clear. Much better than the antics that I was previously doing to clear it out. The bellow is all rubber. There is a channel on the bottom that fits on the grinder. A raised rib on the top secured the lid.

Effective, but use with caution
This is a great concept and at first I was really pleased with its performance. It does a really good job of clearing out a lot of grounds that get stuck in the grinder due to static. Unfortunately after a few months of use, the pressure applied by using it caused the tabs on the plastic ring burr holder of the ESP to break off, rendering the grinder useless for espresso grinding. The plastic holder piece is replaceable, but itโs a headache I wonโt bother with again. Iโm removing the bellow and wonโt use it any longer. Itโs too bad.

Excellent Add-On Product
I love my Encore grinder. Sure there are pricier, better-performing grinders on the market. But for the price-to-performance ratio, the Encore is top shelf. One issue with gravity-fed burr grinders in general is the loss of grind. You put some number of grams of beans into the grinder, you get some smaller number of grams out. Those extra grams are hanging out in the mechanism of the grinder because the grinding process creates static cling and the grinds stick to it. And those orphaned grinds stay in there getting stale, which reduces the quality of the next dayโs pot. This bellows very nicely pushes most (but not all) of those orphaned grinds into the reservoir to be brewed. Itโs as simple as that. Itโs easy to detach and wash this all-rubber device. It fits well over the top of the grinder, and the grinderโs existing plastic top fits well over the device. The only small complaint I have is that bits of grind get knocked upward into the corrugated sides of the bellows. So it does need to be removed and cleaned every few days or so. But running it under the sink with a soapy sponge is a quick, easy process.

Really does the job
I had a problem with retention of bits of ground coffee and the chaff-like residueโespecially in light roastsโ on my Baratza Encore. This quickly helped push that through. And itโs a nice, snug fit on the hopper. Well done.

Perfect - Perfectly clears my grind retention!
Even though this particular Aieve model is made for the Baratza Encore grinder, it works *perfectly* on my Capresso Infinity grinder (air-tight fit is important). Even though the groove in its bottom ring is just a few mm wider that would fit my Capresso hopper, the *inside* of the bottom ring just so happens to *perfectly* fit nice and snuggly over my Capresso hopper. It works fantastic. I love my Capresso grinder (which has amazing grind quality for an inexpensive grinder), but it does have a pretty significant amount of grind retention. I completely flushed out all previous grounds then tested my new Aieve Single Dose Hopper. I quickly pressed down 3-4 times right at the end of the grind. It completely flushed the retained grounds. I suggest pressing down sharply and releasing upward slowly 3-4 times just after your dose of beans finish grinding, while the grinder is still running. Releasing quickly on the upward strokes tends to pull a very tiny amount of fines and chaff up into the hopper, so I go down quickly and up slowly. I'm extremely pleased with this and that I'm no longer agonizing over upgrading to a much more expensive zero-retention grinder. Highly recommend for the Baratza Encore and the Capresso Infinity. I've also purchased Aieve's larger model (several color choices) for the built-in grinder on my new Breville Baratza Pro espresso machine. I got the gray one; cool looking; looks like it's made for it.

works well with large hopper for bellows action
Works perfectly with my grinder. Good fit, good bellows action to clear out residual fines from grinder.

Stops retention
We use our Baratza Encore ESP as a single shot grinder. We weigh our 14g of beans in each time. We noticed clumps would sometimes come out at the end. I purchased the bellows and was amazed, at the end of grinding we can get between 0.5-1g of coffee out by using the bellows. So hopefully no stale grinds sitting in the grinder. Did look at a single dose hopper but this option looks and works great. Ps doesn't fit well upside down!

Works a charm, and is cheap.
Does exactly what it should do, and itโs affordable. It does however add 2 1/2 inches to the height of the grinder, which may be a problem for some .

Misshapen out of the box
When buying a product like this, you'd expect it to be fairly uniform upon opening the box. Not so--the bellows I received are very clearly not that round and a bit flat on one side. What this means is that they don't compress evenly and a gap forms on that flat spot. It's not good. I'm hoping another one can be sent out as a replacement.
