I needed a replacement drum for my rock tumbler and this was best value of those that were the right size. I was also delivered 3 days earlier than advertised. Very happy with my purchase but wish the vendor also sold replacement end caps separately as it is these that always tend to crack over time.

Immerse in warm water to get one or both ends off. It would benefit from having chamfered ends on the cylinder part, instead of raw cut edges. It is almost impossible to refit the end cap(s) because the air inside gets compressed and pushes the cap off again. I drilled a 2mm hole in the centre of one cap and the cap goes on and off far more easily. Unless you fill the tumbler completely, the water will not spill out the hole.
