These are super useful in the kitchen for anything that is in a jar, or if you want to spear something out of the bottom of a (hot or cold) bowl without using fingers. I initially got these for pickle jars, but I use them for all sorts of things now! Heck, I've even used it to rescue a sponge that fell into the garbage disposal, because who wants to stick their hands in there? I now have one in my craft room, my utility drawer and keep the rest in my utensil drawer. Very functional, good looking and sturdy. Haven't had any break or bend. Pay attention when you're using this with very hot items - because they are stainless steel, heat will conduct up & down the fork and could burn you. And obviously, stay away from anything electric (i.e., do NOT use this to fish out bread pieces in the toaster while it's plugged in!!). Otherwise, it's simple, analog and works well. Looks nice in your utensil drawer!
