Okay, so I bought these and panicked looking at the reviews. So when I got home I was praying to God that they weren't as gross as everyone was saying. Y'all don't completely listen to these comments. They're amazing. Delicious and just like the ones on tiktok. 100% give them a try. The only one I didn't like was the Grape and Vanilla gem.

Do you remember when you used to go to elementary school lunch and you picked up the burger and it looked good? Then you take a bite and you taste dry deep fried donkey ankles. This candy looked good but it was the same consistency as that burger with less flavor than donkey ankles. Kangaroo intestines would have a better texture AND flavor than this candy. I wasted my 40 dollars for less than NOTHING.

A fun and unique candy experience. A bit pricey, but worth it to try something new or to have at an event/party. Gems have a soft, jelly-like inside, with a harder, crunchy shell on the outside. The flavors are light and refreshing, without being overly sweet (for a candy). It was fun to try a wide range of flavors in one box. I really enjoyed the Honeydew, Lychee, and Peach flavors. I will say, if you are already spending the money to get this, DO YOURSELF A FAVOR and get the Pixie Sour Powder. It wasn't that much more(maybe $6ish), and it is absolutely amazing! I will say, my order came with a small sample bag of the sour powder. Can't say if yours will also come with a sample, but I was glad I had more than what they gave me. Super sour, and really adds a lot to the flavor and appearance overall.

I had this a very long time ago and really enjoyed them. But now it’s just… gross. I highly don’t recommend them because there is so much jelly filling it just ruins it. Biting into it, thin hard crunchy exterior then after that just jelly filling that doesn’t taste good at all and the after taste is worse. I spent 30 bucks expecting it to be really good since I had them long ago and enjoyed them but.. yeah I do not like them at all. I have had a good amount and don’t enjoy the taste of them at all so I’m just going to give them away and hopefully someone I know likes them, but the taste overall is very niche, texture sucks and after taste icks me out. Overall 2.6/10, hard to like, harder to enjoy. Appearance is nice Taste is just weird and I’m not a fan of the aftertaste Texture is super weird, thin crunchy exterior and the inside is a jelly filling, throws me off. I’m very dissatisfied and disappointed was really hyped for this but my nostalgia was wrong. These ick me out with the texture and taste. Overpriced for a let down and I already ate one so I can’t return them :/ Definitely don’t recommend them, if you want to try some, do a smaller batch to see if you even like them.

When you open up the box, the candy is aesthetically pleasing. Once you bite into the candy, the crunch is great, but mostly you just taste sugar until the inside starts coagulating in your mouth. Not very appealing textually, and you can barely taste the flavor due to the top layer being so sugary. Did not like at all.

after reading the reviews, by the time I received my box of silky gems, I was preparing to bite into the most disgusting candy. I would ever taste in my life. I’m not super impressed by the hype around this candy, I also feel like the negative reviews are a bit strong too! How to describe a silky gem? Well, have you ever had the inexplicable urge to take a bite out of a candle or decorative soap? Imagine being able to finally fulfill that urge, without having to deal with the flavor of harsh chemicals. It’s still doesn’t taste as amazing as it looks, but it’s also better than you might have expected. Some customers reported a bad smell. I think it smells like sugar, nothing more. The consistency is easiest described as a Nerd Cluster that's been in the heat a little too long. A light and crunch sugar shell covering a mushy jelly interior. I was worried the candy would be very sugary with only a hint of flavor, but I feel like it’s a good balance and not overly sweet. my biggest complaint is that I ordered the treasure box, and unlike many of the product photos and videos, the candies did not come individually wrapped. Some of them were stuck to another if not broken. I personally would never buy these again, but it’s worth trying if you’re curious. Based on the reviews, maybe opt for a smaller assortment or single flavor, before spending a lot of money on a giant assortment that you may not like.

Firstly, they are exactly as expected and as seen on Tiktok. The texture was how I expected it to be and I'm impressed by the variety I was given. I was given three versions of the Lychee flavor, which I was the most excited for, but was unfortunately disappointed. I will say that other reviews with 1-3 stars complaining of texture or taste aren't the most accurate, especially if you don't know what you're getting before you get it. While I probably won't order these again simply because they aren't to my tastes, the brand is worth buying from if you're curious. About 50% of them tasted like the flavor they depicted, but all had a similar taste (probably from the agar agar/gelatin). There is also no ingredients list on the box, so please check the description before buying if you have allergies. They are crunchy/hard on the outside and a sort of harder jello on the inside, with the exception of one which was hard all the way through. The following flavors I received that tasted like the flavors they depicted were: Mixed Berry, Strawberry, Pineapple, Guava, Banana, Honeydew, Coconut Pandan, and Blood Orange (with a special mention of the Passion Fruit Mango, which didn't taste like that flavor but was good). The flavors I received that tasted different or like nothing but sugar and gelatin were: Pickle (I was super excited about this one and was very disappointed), Dragon Fruit, Peach, Pear (tasted like soap), Grapefruit, & Lychee (all 3). While some tasted similar to the flavor, they were all diluted and not very strong, which is disappointing. They'd be better to me if the flavors were stronger and "in your face". Especially the pickle! Don't be afraid of that vinegar flavor! Otherwise, they were all very pretty in appearance.

Let me start by saying that if you are used to eating candies and other “treats” that are synthetically flavored and heavily sweetened, you are probably not going to like these much. I feel like my family eats less junk food than the average American family, so our preferences are just a little different. We have been wanting to try these since seeing them on instagram and TikTok. We had a special family celebration so I ordered some. I got the smallest sampling option and it still came with lots of different flavors as each “cubby” in the box had more than one crystal candy in it. I do wish there was a little guide letting us know what was what, but we still had fun guessing. We enjoyed the light fruity flavors but the funnest part about these is the crunchy exterior paired with the jelly interior. It’s such a great texture. We couldn’t stop munching on them mostly for that reason. We really truly enjoyed it. The inside jelly part is like a firm jell-o type texture, and not like gummy or squishy if that makes sense. It reminds me of those gummies you could get when I was a kid that were shaped like orange wedges and had the granulated sugar on the outside? Quite similar to that. I would also say, getting the sour powder is a must. It elevates the flavor for sure and makes it even more like a delightful confection. Again my family really enjoyed these, and I would gift them but only if I knew for sure that the receiver liked this sort of thing. It’s definitely more about the exciting texture than the flavor per se.
