Recommended to me by my running coach. Great to carry for endurance events. Easily swallowed with water. I used for the Fan Dance in summer and it kept cramp at bay - which when you are climbing a mountain twice is a real plus! Customer service is excellent - particularly liked the hand written note inside. The company is made up of people who actually do the events that these products are designed for - so they know what they are talking about. Would definitely use this product and company again.

Didn't want capsules but purchased last min and that's all I could get in time. Worked well. I opened capsules and emptied contents in my water bottle.

I've used these in a 100k Ultramarathon, Coast to Coast cycle and multiple marathons and swear by their effectiveness in reducing cramp and replacing lost electrolytes. I was recommended these due to previously suffering cramp in my quads during a running ultra. Used this year for the same event. I didnt suffer the cramps but the conditions/training and nutrition were all completely different. What i would say is that i would continue to use these in the future as an insurance policy against cramps/lack of electrolytes however they are a large pill to swallow and the packaging is a bit of a pig whilst mid-run.

I cant stand the taste of the soluble tablets that you add to water so these were ideal. Usually when I go for a long walk I suffer in the evening with severe left muscle cramp. I have just completed a 110 miles over 5 days and suffered no cramp at all taking 3 of these tablets a day.

Great product for marathon

Brilliant to have for running a marathon if you don’t want to carry a water pack with ELs in. I just took these with the water from aid stations no issues.

I’ve been struggling with post exercise headaches for years caused by hydration and could not hydrate no matter how much water I drank. I gave these tabs a shot and it made a difference. I then used the brand precision hydrations free advice service where you can email them and a human (I think) emails back with advice on getting right salt water balance and you can get a follow up video call to advice on what energy and electrolytes/salt you are likely to personally require. For salt tablets alone they are a bit expensive but the service this company offer is amazing and I’m willing to pay up to get rid of horrible headaches.

Note that the pills are very large, so you definetly need to drink water or have a gel to get it down properly. Overall good, but I wish the pills were a bit more spread apart to make it easier to cut individual blisters for runs.

very helpful for the marathon. I take one before the race and one during the race. Solved my pain in stomach.

Good product and does the job. I wish the blister packs were a little easier to pop open but I am glad the aluminum portion does not tear off with pill as I take them while riding so I’d likely accidentally swallow it otherwise.
