Workout Aids
Ten capsules is a lot to take at one time but they can be swallowed quite easily. Have not been taking them for very long but believe that they are benefitting my workouts and muscle development.

Great product no issues so far
I really felt the difference taking this product along with creatine. The pills are much better than the powder they go down well, I highly suggest anyone that is on creatine may want to supplement with this as well. Consult a doctor.

If it was possible to give zero stars for this product I would. You can never imagine that a product would say that the dose is 10 capsules! Absolutely, the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard of. Thankfully, Amazon provides good customer service and refunded my money.
