Strong and good quality
This resistance band is made of natural rubber and feels strong and finished to a high standard. It gives excellent resistance and works well as part of my circuit training routine. I am 5ft 6ins and the length works perfectly for me to pull up to chest height. The strap is wide and easy to stand on allowing little movement of the band when in use. I am very pleased with the quality of this red resistance band and happy to recommend it.

This resistance band is great value for money for being able to work out quickly easily without excessive equipment from home.So easy to get out use and put away as needed in a little storage bag to keep it safe.

Good quality for the price
I bought these to assist with me getting my first strict pull up. I opted for these as they seemed the best value for money and I can confirm having used them they are very good quality. They come with a nice bag to store them in and work great with my pull up bar. I like that the weight equivalent of assistance is printed on the band, it helps me understand where I’m at on my journey. There is a decent selection of resistance/assistance and I think these would work well for banded workouts too - the printed ‘weight’ would be really beneficial here.
