First month of ownership review. Was fairly easy to put together. Just attach the foot massage portion and zip the seat pads and done. I wish the foot massager was heated. Also haven’t been able to get it connected to the internet to use the app. The chair seems to be very good quality and is a very good looking chair. The quality of the massage is outstanding with many different options. I was looking at chairs with four times the cost they had.a few more options but not enough to warrant there price. This is a great chair that can stand up to those more expensive ones with mostly the same options. The air bags are great give’s a great massage. We our actually thinking of buying a second one. We have designed a room around this chair. We absolutely love this chair. Also had some interaction with support and they were quick to handle my concerns to my satisfaction . We will see six months from know if I’m still happy I’m sure I will be. Keep up the outstanding quality real relax. Very happy customer UPDATED 1 YEAR REVIEW So as you can see we have two chairs Real Relax ps 6500 I would say upper mid range and we have an Ogawa supper premium chair and we love both of them. The RR is quieter then the Ogawa due to the outer shell on the RR being faux leather and the Ogawa being a hard outer shell that flexes also because of the beefier motors the Ogawa is a little louder. Also the stretch is better on the Real Relax The Real Relax chair has performed flawlessly and my wife absolutely loves it she uses it several times a week for about an hour at a time. The chair still looks as good as it did when we got it. It’s very comfortable and looks great. I would have no hesitation buying one again . The only issue is with the phone app never was able to get it to work but not a big deal we would never have used it anyway. They did send me parts to change but it didn’t help. That’s a significant concern is the warranty I don’t believe they have repair support here in the USA you will have to do any repairs yourself if something goes wrong They will send you the parts during warranty.The chair is a steal at the current price and I think it’s worth the 4000 dollar range.

This is the best massage chair on the market. I researched several options and then tried them out; this is the real deal. There are so many programs to choose from, the heat, and the foot rollers are just awesome. It's well worth the money.

Pros - The massage chair itself is great. Super comfortable and great massage modes. - Easy to setup and easy operate manually via the touch pad. Cons - Wireless charger does not work at all. Thankfully there’s a USB output and that works - Paper with App setup directions does not provide the Bluetooth pairing code. I had to do a bit of searching to find it - There is some confusion around which App to use, as the paper directions does not clarify. There’s “Real Relax Smart” and “Real Relax for PS6500”. I tried both and results are as following - My iPhone Bluetooth pairs with the chair, but neither of the possible Apps detect the chair itself. So the Apps are unusable. Super disappointed about this, as it was one of the big selling points - As an additional negative on the apps, both appear to be Chinese developed and so some of the popups are in the wrong language, even if most of the App language is English Overall Recommend the chair but only for the chair itself. It’s much better than the chair a family member has that was purchased 8 years ago. If you want App functionality or wireless charging, look elsewhere

The chair is great and the functions on this chair is awesome! I use it almost daily. I Had foot roller issues and took it took some time communicating through emails with manufacture but finally had resolution.

This is my second review for this massage chair. I absolutely love my massage chair. It has a variety of different programs to select from. The reason for the first review was an issue with a repair. It was more that I felt I should handle. After some back and forth, Real Relax made it right. I sit in my chair everyday sometime more than once. One of the best things I have bought.

Worth every penny spent

The foot rollers stopped working, and after several emails and phone calls, I have been trying to get customer service to respond to no avail. Of course, it happened after the return date had passed. Please read the reviews before purchasing; I wish I had.

We use it everyday, we love it. If you are shorter than 5’2” it’s not really going to get your calves. I do wish the chair got your butt more. Also, you can set it to where it massages your feet the whole time.
