Use this at least twice a month with some cocoa butter. Watch a few YouTube videos to know what I'm doing. It's not sharp, so don't worry about it. The point of it is to create/increase blood flow to a muscle or tendon by "scraping" over the skin. (All holistic therapy in it's core is this principle; massage, tens unit, cupping, etc). Very heavy and sturdy materials. Impressed with quality.

I have pretty bad circulation and notice my legs and feet swell after a long day, especially if I’ve been standing or working out. I started using this set with a CBD body oil and it makes a big difference. I feel less sore after the gym and it’s helped reduce puffiness and tightness in my calves. Feels super therapeutic and looks sleek too. Love having it as part of my nighttime wind-down routine. It is easy to hold / use and feels good in my hand while I'm using it unlike some other tools I've tried.

Although original gua sha tools were not made with stainless steel, this stainless steel set works well. The shapes of the tools are optimal, and the edges are smooth. The design is well made and ergonomic. One of the main advantages of this material is that it can last indefinitely, and doesn't break when being accidentally dropped. The weight is a bit more than that of traditional tools, but no issue for me. The price is reasonable. In summary, I like the set and consider it to be excellent.

Love the size and weight of these for the price. The design variety is great as well. My husband has used these on my back, shoulder, legs, and behind. They works amazing for pain relief and getting those knots out. These tools are durable and will last forever if taken care of properly. A lot of the pain I suffer from is do to sitting for long periods of time and causing poor circulation. This has helped in getting all the fluids moving and has truly helped to reduce the pain.

My husband pulled his hamstring and has been using these scraping tools daily and has said it has significantly improved his mobility. They are super easy to use and they are super effective in terms of recovery time. He YouTubed different ways he can use these scraping tools to heal his injury and seems very relieved after usage.

Work great best if you know a few things about message you can hurt yourself if used incorrectly.

Absolutely love these. I had a PT first use them on my calves for Achilles tendinitis over five years ago. Just got these today. I can feel a huge difference! I’m buying them for Christmas gifts for anyone I know with muscle issues.
