Are they extracts? Are they chemical flavours? Are they 'organic'? how? What carrier do they use? full tech details please** A: More information can be found at www.lakeland.co.uk. Ingredients include natural flavouring, flavouring preparation and propylene glycol (E1520). States the product is suitable for vegetarians and gluten free. I bought this flavouring to add to high protein breakfast (grain free banana omlette), as I can't eat bananas. I was a little sceptical, however, I have to say I was very surprised and happy with the purchase. It tastes very natural, once you get used to using the amount to suite your taste and I would defiantly buy again. **Q: Can you flavour plain yogurt with the items** A: I use it in flavouring chocolate so I guess you could put it in yogurt. The only way is to try it!! **Q: I have a recipe for 12 cupcakes that requires 2tsp of strawberry essence.Would that be too much if I used this product?Any ideas on the amount needed?** A: In buttercream try about 5 or 6 drops per 400g of buttercream. In cake mix try about 15 to 20 drops per kg of mix. These are just a starting point and you would need to adjust to taste. (2tsp of our Strawberry Natural Flavouring would be far too much, as Foodie Flavours are very high strength professional flavourings. ) **Q: could I have the ingredients list?** A: This product contains Orange Oil and natural orange flavouring. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ These drops are good *by V***I on 13 August 2023* I used 2 drops in butter cream icing and the flavour was good. 2 drops in my banana muffins with actual bananas in and the flavour was good. When on holiday in Peru I was able to eat bananas picked ripe from the tree and this essence captures some of that flavour. You really have to shake it out of the bottle though! ## Frequently Bought Together - Foodie Flavours Natural Banana Flavouring, High Strength - 15ml - Black Cherry Flavouring - High Strength Food Flavoring - 230+ Flavours -10ml Bottle. - Sugarflair Strawberry Flavouring - Natural Food Flavouring for Baking, Cakes, Ice Creams, Chocolates, Icings and More!
