I also love that I can create temporary codes for the dog sitter—it only takes a moment, and I don’t have to hand over a physical key. Love the lock, it has so many features and the app works really well too. Never have to bring the keys again with me! Total game changer! Took me about 20 mins to install and the instruction is really clear. Will buy more for other units and definitely worth the upgrade!

I bought this lock after another one failed after only a month. The build construction is superior to the other unit I bought. Installation was very straightforward. I think the wire connecting the inside and outside units would easily fit with through a single hole, but if you have a double hole door already install is very, very quick. The electronic functions also operate better (at least after the first month of use). The fingerprint reader picks up nearly every time, whereas the first unit often failed to read my fingerprint. The iPhone app is well designed and relatively easy to use. The physical key is a bit large for a lockbox and a unique shape; it seems almost impossible to duplicate - I am grateful for the five copies. I was able to quickly register my four existing smart cards from the old unit. The five new smart cards also easily synced up with an electronic lock I use on our ski locker. A great experience so far!

Absolute garbage! This lock was on our door for less than 24 hrs before it completely malfunctioned. A part broke and jammed inside the door, making it impossible to open the door, even with the lock removed. We had to get professional help and immediately went back to using a regular door knob. I'd be so hesitant to put this on a door where it is the only entry point. Trust me, I wanted to love this due to the key fob functionality, but it needs to WORK more than conveniences!

It was a very easy install The cameras not the greatest quality but you can at least contact it directly and remotely The other ones I've been looking at only run the camera when somebody hits the doorbell so right now this seems to be the best one I've come across that I can find through Amazon I'm usually a Eufy security system that I haven't two houses but WIFI is missing a few options of this one has it also comes with its own proprietary app which is obviously a double-edged sword because everything else that I have usually uses the tuya app which is generic and may not be completely good for such a system and this one seems to be good I will certainly update and edit and the next week as I'm using it. EDIT: Camera stopped working a month later won't come on from doorbell ring nor via app trigger either.

the lock works really well on our house door, it’s quick and convenient, huge upgrade from traditional lock and now I don’t have to worry about forgetting keys anymore. Easy setup and easy installation, unboxing to finish in less than 30 mins. Love it!

This item was a no hassle install. Everything worked as stated in the manual. There's however is a region issue when it comes to verifying my Barbados phone number. The handles could be a bit more sturdy as it kind of feels loose when operating. The finger print feature works excellent.

Was recommended this product from a friend. was installed and works great. Had one concern, but the customer service from Nyboer was helpful and quick responses. I like how it has a key, keypad, tag, and have you opened the app. The other feature I like is being able to send a passcode to a visitor. Also will tell you who opens the door with the passcode or other device. I will try to put pictures up at some point.

Fonctionne très bien et surtout avec une passerelle wi-fi quand vous êtes à distance. Dommage que Amazon n'a pas celle avec wifi et caméra intégré.

Door lock is faulty, installed exactly as per the instructions. The lock will work how it is supposed to some days and other days you can hear the unlocking mechanism turning and it saying it’s unlocked but it’s still locked, had to kick in the door to get inside. I will not recommend this product, I would give 0 stars if that was a option
