Great blender and I mean like too good

No costumer service
I bought a JTC Omniblend blender with a 7-year warranty. I bought it because it seemed like a quality product. The blender was decent, but after 4 years the motor broke down. I have tried to contact the seller both through Amazon and through their website, but they have completely ignored me. Extremely unprofessional.
