I've tried a bunch of different brushes that claim to work well for keeping up with a long-haired dog's coat, but this one is nose and tails above the rest. I'm so glad I searched for it after seeing it on The Good Hype you-tube channel. It goes right through to the undercoat and pulls out all the loose fur. The brush cleans up quickly and completely. There are no straggling hairs that refuse to come loose like they do in wire brushes. This brush will even pick up the hairs left on fabric. My dog loves the way the stiff bristles scratch her back. Love it.

I got this for 3 golden retrievers in the hope that this would be the brush they wouldn’t fight. I was very skeptical when I got this because it was so delicate and gentle. No way that it would both brush them and that they would like it. We have a winner! This is the brush they don’t care about; they’ll let you brush them all over and don’t get bothered, I can’t say that for the dozen other types and brands of brushes that I’ve accumulated. Furminator, undercoat rake, boar-bristle, knock-off deshedding, combs, paddles, so many wasted dollars. It’s high quality, the bristles bend but do not break. It actually does pick up a lot of hair, but does so gently. Super comfortable in hand, and easy to clean, and even wash if needed. Discovered that while brushing the dogs, the 6 cats prefer this brush too. I have all hair lengths in cats, and this brush works on all of them. My long-haired calico princess allows grooming, and likes that it does not pull on her tangles but gets them all out. She gets them around her neck and this works them out extremely gently with a handful of strokes. My short haired orange boy also enjoys this brush, rubbing his face all over it and it does an incredible job getting all of his fuzz off. I think it massages their skin in a nice way that makes them happy to sit for the grooming. The other cats with between coats all enjoy the brush, and I don’t have to chase them to get them to have a “spa day.” I’m actually ordering the cat version just so that it’s smaller and easier to use on them. I don’t anticipate having to replace this brush, because of the high quality it is unless one of the dogs gets a hold of it and decides to destroy it, but I won’t be buying any other brand from now on.

Purchased this for my Persian kitty. It works okay.. it's not strong enough to get down into his undercoat but if I use it daily it shouldn't have to. He doesn't seem to mind me brushing him with this either

This brush is a great design and the perfect size for my medium dog. It removes loose hair and it is a quality brush that will last a long time. Very easy to clean and use.

One of the easiest and more gentle brushes. It really did an amazing job. My dogs are tough to brush. They are afraid and super spastic no matter how delicately I brush. They’ve managed to survive every brushing. Miracle? Maybe. We purchased a second brush after the success of the first.

Works great on my Dalmatian! The bristles are stiff enough to detangle but not hard enough to hurt my pup. This is not the tool you want if you’re looking to groom a dog that sheds a lot as it doesn’t pick up hairs. You’ll want something different to remove shed fur as this isn’t stiff enough and the bristles are straight and don’t collect loose hairs. This brush is durable, it works amazing in the bath to help lather up and thoroughly wash the fur down to the skin, the material allows it to get soaking wet and not have any sort of moisture retention or damage as a result of being submerged. Using it is faulty standard, just brush from nose to tail each day! Even dogs who dislike being brushed won’t mind this one since it’s so gentle. My dog hates other brushes but co-operates perfectly for this brush.

I will say it works for brushing matted hair, however the deshedding not so great. Maybe I need a bigger brush however I have a small dog lots of hair long also. So I need to find a better deshedding brush.

I got this for my yorkie and i couldn’t use it because it doesn’t open any tangles or doesn’t collect hair since my dog’s hair is so thin. So i still use a classical dog brush for her. I would say it is useless for small dogs which has straight fur. Might be good for the big or curly fur dogs.

I had a different brush before for my dog but it was very hard and my dog didn’t like it at all! This one he absolutely loves because it’s like you are petting him and the bristles are very soft it doesn’t pull at all and it also doesn’t hurt my dog at all. He enjoys being brushed now and it detangles quite easily. My dog has medium to long fur it’s quite soft fur so it tangles easily but this brush absolutely gets rid of all of them without it being a bother to my dog!

Great for use on my Labradors. It removes loose hair quickly. Easy to use as grip fits perfect in hands. Good quality. Would recommend.

Macht was sie soll und unser Zwerpudel lässt sich damit gern bürsten. Man kommt gut durch die Löckchen und der Hund scheint es zu genießen, während er eine andere Bürste völlig ablehnt. Daher sind wir happy mit dem Produkt.
