Wheat starch
First time using wheat starch together with potato starch and it was easier than all purpose flour to roll this dough. I made my fav shrimp dim sum.

Reasonably priced hard to find item
The only unfortunate thing about this was that the bag must’ve ruptured in shipping, so a good portion of it was unusable. The item was in its original packaging & then in an Amazon envelope. The envelope showed no signs of damage. My best guess is that in transport something heavy was placed on it causing the product package to come apart at the seam. I used what I could in a recipe and it worked very well.
