A must read for everyone, not just teens !
I have a younger 17 year old son stuck in negativity and apathy, unwilling to try new things, and afraid of failure. I hope to work though this book with him and help him regain his self esteem and confidence, and joy for life, to let him work out his life’s priorities and how he can achieve them. Wonderful book, as I say again, it should be read be almost everyone, we aren’t all as good in life as we would like to be, and this gives us the tools to go far further in developing as a happy and successful human in life. Hugely recommended.

Love these books!
I have read a couple other books by Sydney Sheppard and I have been impressed. She is very down to earth and easy to follow. She gears her books towards teens but they are useful tools for anyone. I have decided to use this one and another of hers for home schooling purposes. Definitely worth the buy!

Just what I was waiting for!
This book is so much of what I am learning, and I am so happy to have it in a form for my teens to read and understand for themselves. It's written to the teen, in a clear concise, direct way, which is what my teens like. I love the key take-aways to help review what was covered, and incorporating journaling and the challenge items are actually do-able, and I love that it is designed to do as a family, but able to be done alone!

Wish I’d had this book when I was younger! Would’ve made a big difference. Got it for my teenage son to read…but I started it and it’s great! Passing it on to the rest of my family as well.

This book is very helpful to gain a better understanding of how our brains are wired, and the ability everyone has to reframe their thoughts into a growth mindset. The best part is that it’s written in simple language that is easy to follow, with very clear steps on how to apply the learnings. As a parent of teens, this book provides practical tips on how to support them through some difficult years. I look forward to our family working together through the activities and 31 day growth mindset challenge!

A Growth Mindset for Teens was a really great read for anyone looking for insight and guidance on building resilience and managing stress in everyday situations. I loved that the book was easy to follow and the takeaways were clear, it made the message easy to understand so that you could take time to reflect in the content and apply the activities at your own pace without being overwhelmed. Overall, this book is an amazing place for teens to start in their quest for building strong and essential life skills. I believe whether you’re a teen, a parent or just someone looking to change their attitude and mindset we can all learn something from this book!
