Successful Trap
Very effective - Worked almost immediately placed outside of her hole, however still her children remain.

Faulty On Set Up.
Broken whilst trying to set up. Nail flew out and unable to set up. Have to send back for a refund. Amazon should be getting these companies to send replacements and not chasing customers more inconvenience going to a post office to return.

First night set and a kill had several kills since very happy with it

Worked in the end
It would have been handy if it came with instructions, but we managed to figure it out. The first time we used it the rat managed to eat the bait that came with it without setting the trap off, we then tried it when a sweet, it also managed to take that off without setting the trap off, lastly we used jam and that's when we got it within an hour and a half of putting the jam on. It didn't trap the rat but must have hit it pretty hard as it was dead.
