Very Impressed
I bought the stepper because I have restless leg syndrome pretty bad and have had both of my knees replaced. I don't have the greatest range of motion in my knees due to my scar tissue buildup and I have balance issues so I'm limited on what I can do for exercising. I wasn't sure iโน I'd be able to keep my balance on the stepper but I put a chair in front of me to hold on to and have no issues using the stepper. And when my restless legs flare up the stepper helps calm them down. It's so easy to use and came out of the box ready to use aside from adjusting the tension. I finally found exercise equipment that I can use and is challenging. I highly recommend getting this stepper. It's a good workout!

Very nice piece of equipment to exercise while watching tv!
Iโve been using the Niceday stepper for a few months now and Iโm honestly impressed. Itโs compact, sturdy, and easy to set up right out of the box. I like that it doesnโt take up much space, so I can slide it under my bed or tuck it in a corner when Iโm done. The resistance feels smooth and challenging enough to actually get a good sweat going, especially when I use the resistance bands for arms at the same time. Even short sessions leave my legs feeling worked, which is perfect for days when I donโt have time for a full workout. Itโs also pretty quiet, so I can use it while watching TV without bothering anyone. Overall, it feels well-built and does exactly what itโs supposed to do. If youโre looking for an easy way to stay active at home without bulky equipment, this stepper is definitely worth it.

Great Piece of Equipment - Got Me Moving Again
A few years ago I started working from home, and while that's awesome, it also caused me to spend a ridiculous amount of time sitting at my desk, as there's no reason to get up to go to the copier, or consult with a co-worker, etc. I can't always go for a 15 or 20 minute walk several times a day, so I wanted something I could do indoors, and something I could do frequently throughout the day during quick work breaks, to counteract all that sitting. Anything I could think of to do on my own (with no equipment) didn't seem like enough. But I have a tiny apartment and really didn't have room for much in the way of equipment. I knew if it was something that could be folded up to fit in a closet or under the bed, well, it'd probably stay there. I needed something that could sit right in the middle of the living room in plain sight, without being 'in my way.' This was it, and it's perfect. I get up from my desk every hour to hour and a half or so and do 5 minutes on this stepper. Five minutes isn't a lot to some people, but I'm out of shape so it's a pretty good workout for me (the way I have the tension set), and it gives me moving breaks all day long to break up all that sitting. Of course it could be used for longer sessions, but the point for my purpose wasn't to do a 30 minute cardio workout just on this, but instead to have some way to easily take 5 to 7 breaks during the day and really get my muscles moving and my heart pumping for a few minutes, to counteract all that sitting. This definitely does that. The stepper came almost completely assembled, you just have to tighten a pulley cable with a knob, and the instructions explain it easily. The resistance bands with handles are adjustable for your height and/or how much resistance you want them to have. They are also optional, you can do the stepper with or without them. I actually usually don't use them. I have some discomfort in my right knee, and was worried this would be a problem with the type of movement on this machine. Using the stepper while standing completely upright does cause some pain in my knee (tho I may have the tension a little high, too). Sometimes I wear a knee brace, which does help - but I also discovered another trick I like. I put the stepper in front of a sturdy table and lean forward with my hands on the table, sort of the same position you'd be in if you were riding a bike. When I use it that way I have no knee discomfort, and as a bonus, I can do more steps in the same amount of time, because it's a little bit easier. So overall, I love it, it works great, I've had no problems with it at all. It's very sturdy and feels well built, but it's not too heavy to move around if you need to reposition it. I'd recommend it for anyone, but especially if space is a concern, and even if you're out of shape and can't do much exercise at one time (like a full 30 minute hard core cardio workout) - because with this, you can do just what you can, all throughout the day, and build up.

This Niceday stepper is a must-have!!
This Niceday Stepper is awesome! It's so well built, sturdy, light, strong. It's easily adjusted for height. Everyone, especially women but men too, needs to have one of these. I would say from 16 up. It keeps track of step count, calories, time. When I first used it, it was like my legs/hips said, What are you doing to me?? But after a few weeks, they feel so strong. Now it feels addictive when I step on it. I HIGHLY recommend this stepper!!!

I love this little machine
Because of my current living and employment situations, I don't get moving as much as I used to. The gym that's most affordable to me is about 20min away and I wouldn't be able to go workout before work. I really can't workout late in the day because I'm not able to sleep if I do, so I would usually go to the gym in the morning. I've gained a lot of weight because of where I'm at in life right now and I find it difficult to even eat well because the people I'm staying with are junk food fiends. I bought this mini stepper after I received an email from Amazon showing deals on popular items. I didn't even know that mini steppers are a thing until I got that email. Anyway, I started using it for 15min a day (sometimes 2-3 times a day) in the morning before work. The instructions say not to use it for longer than 15min and not to use it outside, so I just put it on the kitchen floor and watch watch video while I'm at it. Over time, it did start squeaking, but I used some WD-40 and it stopped. I believe the instructions mention something about keeping it lubricated as well. One of the people I'm staying with sleeps in her recliner in the living room, which is right next to the kitchen, so when the stepper started making a bit of a clicking noise it made me very anxious that she would wake up and catch me (I'm not allowed to have many of my own belongings here and I'm not allowed to have shoes inside - so I don't want her to see me using it). It's pretty quiet (in my opinion), especially if you aren't paranoid about anyone hearing you use it. It's very compact and I store it in the other person's closet. It's a little heavier than I expected, but not too heavy to move back and forth each time I want to use it. It also came with resistance bands, but I still haven't used them. One small dislike that I have is that the pedals are a little too close together. It was a little bit of a balancing act for me in the beginning, but I would just use it next to the fridge to have something to hold onto. The pedal width may not be an issue for everyone, though. I just happen to have larger thighs at the moment, lol. There's a small display that counts your steps, calories burned (at least I THINK that's what that smaller number is) and when you press the button it tells you how long you were working out. As far as calories burned, I would take that with a grain of salt because you aren't able to put your stats in or anything. I had a really great 60-day streak of using this little thing and I did lose 12lbs during that time. I was eating my fair share of junk food, otherwise I may have seen better results. Unfortunately, I got sick and wasn't able to use my stepper for about 8-9 days. Once I was feeling better, I never got back into the daily habit of using it. I would definitely recommend this stepper to anyone who just wants one or more quick workouts throughout the day. I've recommended it to two friends, but I don't know if they've looked into it or not. I hope this long review was helpful for anyone hoping to find a way to get more exercise during the week :-)

So easy to use. Anyone can get a workout
Iโm very happy with this stepper. I donโt get much exercise outside of cleaning my own house. So I wanted something that could be easy and doable. This is perfect. I donโt go by minutes as I saw with most reviews. I go by steps. I can get about 200 steps done in 5 minutes and I do this 3-4 times a day. But I can feel the burn in my legs at the 2 minute mark and I have to push myself every time. But I love the steeper so far. Itโs definitely worth the price. It worked right out of the box, except for putting on the resistance bands.itโs light weight so it can be moved easily. And it really seems like itโs built very well. I can see myself using this for many years. I can honestly say that I very mush recommend this stepper Iโd give it 10 stars if I could. I leave mine out so that I see it at the end of my bed and every time I see it I usually get on it. It makes me feel like Iโm getting a good workout every day. I love it.

VERY WELL WORTH IT
This Niceday Twist Mini Stepper was delivered on 12/7/2024 and it was ready to go right out of the box. First, I inspected it, of course, and made sure it was intact and adjusted to my preference. Then I attached the optional resistance bands. For the first couple of months, I only used it at 5-minute intervals, a few times a day (because my lifestyle had been completely sedentary for quite some time before purchasing this). As time went on, it became super easy to get a great workout done while watching TV. Now, I step for one consistent hour, 6 days a week. so it's definitely being used often. It's so convenient and there are no problems, thus far. Every single part of it works as it should. The step count is accurate. The resistance bands are a great addition to ensure a full body workout. It's very sturdy, yet lightweight and compact enough to put away after each use. The mini stepper does make little sound at the bottom of each step; however, it's not loud at all. Another bonus aside from getting my heart rate up, I've even lost some of the weight I've gained, without changing my diet. Just imagine the extra benefits if I start to eat more nutritious foods. Anyhow... being happily satisfied with this Niceday Twist Mini Stepper, I highly recommend that you go ahead and purchase it; it's very well worth it.

SO LOUD
Okay let me start by saying, this is a really good little stepper. I bought it a couple weeks ago and wanted to try it for a few weeks so I can give an honest, fair review. Comes put together. Only thing you have to assemble is the straps (super easy to clip on). Very stable (bought a different one before this one and it was soo wobbly and hard to stay on) I use it for about 30 minutes every day. By the end of my workout, I'm sweating and my legs are burning (in a good way) I've noticed my waist is slimming and my thighs are starting to tone. Great little stepper for the price. Now, the reason I'm giving it 3 stars is because it started being SO noisy a couple days ago randomly (I willl try to attach a video) . I've tried adjusting the height, moving it to a different place in my house but it's still so noisy. It wasn't like this the first 2 weeks I've used it so I'm not sure why it started making the loud noise. If you can get past the noise, it's a good little workout.

Just find some real stairs instead
I don't know how this compares to cheaper steppers of the same sort of design but this is way overpriced. There's barely any resistance and it gets less as you go past 15 minutes and the hydraulics heat up. Not very effective and definitely not worth the price.

Small machine making a big difference
Love this little stepper, which has gotten me to exercise a lot more than before. It doesn't make a lot of noise when stepping on it, and I like that it's quite compact and can be tucked away in a small corner of my apartment without getting in the way. I use it on a carpet to minimize the noise, and the resistance bands are really useful to develop arm strength. I have size 8.5 feet and I have no issues using the stepper. As other reviewers have mentioned, the built in counter died on me within 3 weeks of use, but I use a different step counter on my phone to do my tracking so I'm not too bothered by it. I also bought the version that came with a mat, which is very thin and honestly not too impressive. Other than putting it under the stepper where I store it, I don't really use it. Get the one with the mat only if you don't have another mat or carpet you can put it on. But still giving this 5 stars because getting this stepper has been life changing for me.
