Combine this with a Wave XLR or similar XLR interface for supreme audio. Excellent sound and versatility. Can be loud or as quiet as you like with a good interface. It's not the prettiest microphone you can buy, but I'd say it's the absolute best in its price range. I actually prefer this mic to the much more expensive Shure SM7B.

I’m really speechless about the sound quality of these microphones. Made me fall in love with my voice. I mainly use this for singing and wow the difference is crazy. Also the ability to use it only with a type C cable is such a convenience. Absolutely love it and I highly recommend it.

The best product

First of all I would like to start off by saying that this mic is a little too bright and if youre in a untreated bedroom like me then this mic will NOT sound the best. Thats why I am giving it a 4 star alongside of the microphone being a little too bright. HOWEVER, if you have a studio and wanna buy a cheap quality condenser mic then look no further as this is it. It is very detailed and has a very good and nice sound to it. Overall 4/5.

amazing sound quality

This is a beautiful sounding microphone and I use it daily for my Radio/podcast shows as I like the sound of it so much, it is also unique in that you can also instead of connecting to and XLR socket you can connect it to a USB-C socket too. A double winner and make it extremely versatile also! It comes with a couple of excellent mad cables, one USB-C and one XLR also a SM6 shock mount which is also excellent and works brilliantly! I can highly recommend this to buy if you are in the market for such a microphone. DJ Steve

I use this for recording voice overs for my content creation. I pair it with my mobile phone and the sound quality is amazing when listened back to. It blocks out the back ground noise and is as smooth as anything. For a home recording set up and relatively low purchase price it does a fantastic job.

日本語のレビューがないのでマイクに無知だが使用した感想を書く。環境としてはMacBook ProにForcussrite ScarlettシリーズのオーディオインターフェースをつけてXLRケーブルで接続している。この場合YouTubeのレビュワーによれば第四世代と変わらないパフォーマンスらしい。 用途は宅録と配信でいまのところ困っていない。ゲイン調整は必要だが音質はいいのではないだろうか。ちなみにUSB接続して32bitに設定を変えると飛行機レベルの騒音でないかぎり音割れしないそうだ。他のサイトでMacのAudio MIDI設定から仮想オーディオインターフェースをつくればUSB接続でもモニターできると書いてあったので試してみたがいまいち上手くいかなかった。 専用のショックマウントにポップガードが同梱しているが、マイクと合わせて総重量が1kgを超えるので安いマイクアームでは支えられない。 画像はElgato Wave Mic Arm LPに繋げたものである。あまりにも大きい。普段はモニターの裏に収納しているので目障りにはならないもののこの大きさは覚悟しなければならない。若干このアームでさえ垂れ下がってくる。 しかしRodeの製品でこの低い位置のものがなかったので、いまは個人的な最適解だと考えている。

It’s a very good quality Mike, which isolates the unwarranted voices. But to use it you should have mac otherwise its like impossible to use in windows laptop.

For the price, the Rode NT1, with its shock mount and pop filter, feels like a solid investment, especially if you're getting into recording and want something that’s good quality without being overly complicated. Really happy with it and would definitely recommend to fellow musicians and podcasters!
