The first time I used it worked great. The next two times I used it I barely slept.

Just the right amount of mint and valerian root. Earthy. I was hoping for more of the other flavors as well but this is just fine. I find when I drink this tea instead of waking up around 11:30 p.m. I sleep until 2:30 or even 3:30 a.m. before waking for the first time. I cant really ask for more as I have sleep problems. And there are 25 bags in the box good deal!
