It has a weird liquid texture and when applied it feel coarse. I didn’t see any difference at all not even a little softness. Definitely not buying again

I have a few things to say about this product. On first impression, the bottle is tiny. If you have a lot of hair, you'll probably use the whole bottle in one go. My hair is a little past shoulder length, so I've only used half or less so far in one use. It's very pretty and shimmery to look at, but when you open it, it smells like straight up alcohol. This is because the first listed ingredient is just "alcohol." What kind, I couldn't tell you because it literally just says "alcohol". The next ingredient is cetyl alcohol, which is good for your hair, so I can only hope that first alcohol listed is also a good alcohol. I bleach and dye my hair a lot, so it's pretty damaged. After using the product, I will say that it make my hair very soft and shiny and it looks healthy. It doesn't say how often to use this, so I will use it once a week until it's gone. I'm happy with it though

I used this ampoule to shine and restore my hair, I don't regret it and I would definitely order it again, it's worth it! Love it

This product comes in a tiny bottle with a lid. There's no pump of any kind, so the only realistic option for getting it out of the bottle is to pour it into your hand. Have I mentioned that the bottle is tiny? I might get three uses out of this if I'm lucky. I was a little confused when I opened the package. I thought it might be a sample size. But nope, it's full size. .33 ounces and inconvenient packaging make this product a no thanks for me.
