Great piece of kit
Got this as a budget work machine and never worked with Chromebooks before and it is a great nifty little thing. Looks gorgeous too. Time will tell how well it holds and what its limitations are being a Chromebook but now it’s getting the job done which is what matters.

It's OK
True, cooling is bit noisy but my daughter is not bothered, she really likes this chromebook, Roblox looks and runs great. If she's happy I'm happy 😊

If you buy cheap you buy twice
Got this for my son to use for college had to be fixed after 3 months waited over 5 weeks for it to be sent back with no communication its died again wouldnt recomend this product not even a year old

Disappointing Chromebook
This device is beautifully designed, very sleek and feels premium to the touch. The keyboard feels great to type on and the trackpad is excellent. Overall, the build quality of this Chromebook is fantastic, especially for the price.The Pentium Gold processor felt snappy enough for light tasks (which is all I use it for) and the device never felt particularly slow, even with many tabs open.HOWEVER the one major flaw, and the only reason I'm returning this Chromebook, is because of the annoying fan. It's not particularly loud compared to other laptops I've owned in the past, but it is literally constantly on - even when the Chromebook is idle and nothing is downloading or processing in the background. Having looked at some user reviews on Reddit it seems like this is a recurring problem with this model, so it's not just my device that was faulty or defected. I'm actually not even lying or exaggerating when I say that there wasn't a single moment in my one-day ownership of this Chromebook when the fan wasn't running - except of course when it was powered down completely!It's a shame because it's a lovely device otherwise.

Misleading information
This product is not touchscreen! Although when buying it the Amazon website talks about Lenovo generic products - which do have touchscreens. Bad website very misleading.
