This is a great clock, the numbers are large and bright and can easily be seen from across the room. To others saying it's too bright, you might benefit from night mode (which I only discovered 1.5 years after buying it!) which is turned off by default: - Press the "mode" button 3 times until the screen says "off" - Press the up or down arrow to change it to "on" - Hold the "mode" button until you have a flashing time - this is the start time - Use the up/down arrows to change the hour, then press "mode" again and do the same for the minutes - Press "mode" again and do the same for the end time - And done - the clock will dim between the chosen times Highly recommend this clock.

My son loves it. Easy to use only down side it is very bright even on the lowest setting. Does come with a plug, just usb. But the colours look great. Great value.

Great item, works well

Wish I had read the reviews! Yes, I saw that, when using batteries, the display turns off after a few seconds but didn't think there wouldn't be an 'on permanently' option - there isn't! I plugged the USB into the TV (beside which I wanted it placed) which keeps the display on but, when you turn the TV off and back on, the clock resets to 00:00! The fix? Yes, there is one - use batteries AND plug it in to the TV - the display will still go blank when USB power is removed but the batteries will keep the necessary life in the clock meaning a tap will wake it up. Not ideal but will save me returning it.

If you're not interested in the alarm function, this may be a nice addition to your bedroom or home office. I needed an alarm to wake me up in the morning, however, and this one is very underwhelming. It uses the same type of piezo-electric tone generator as a Casio wristwatch from the 90s, and sounds about the same. On this basis, I had to return the item; thankfully, the vendor is very responsive and understanding.

Absolutely love this little clock. It is perfect for seeing the time during the night, and it has 3 levels of light on the display, so it's not blinding when you look at it. It has an alarm. I have it permanently plugged into USB.

Lovely little light which is easy to programme. Very happy with it.

Great display which is what I wanted but a little complicated to set up, comes with instructions so may just be me but I got there in the end

Die Farben wechseln sehr harmonisch. In der Nacht brauche ich keine Brille um die Zeit zu lesen.

Although it's amazing clock for some people I personally don't like it cause it's way smaller than I imagined and the voice couldn't wake me up.

Gut ablesbare, dimmbare Zeit. Vor dem Kauf kann man die Farbe auswählen. Die Uhr erfüllt mir den Zweck, für den sie bestimmt war. Die Verarbeitung wirkt solide. Die beigefügte Gebrauchsanleitung in halber Postkartengröße ist lediglich als Alibi zu betrachten. Aber mittels Handy-Foto oder Scannerbild kann man den Inhalt vergrößern, denn zumindest mir musste bei der Inbetriebnahme und Grundeinstellung geholfen werden. Die Raumtemperatur kann man sich anzeigen lassen oder die Weckerfunktion kann man auch nutzen. Zu diesen Funktionen muss aber umgeschaltet werden, d.h. man muss das Gerät in die Hand nehmen. Für die dauerhafte Anzeige der Zeit muss man jedoch ein USB-Kabel nutzen. Und das stört beim Umschalten. Ich benötige nur die dauerhafte Zeitanzeige, daher kann ich 5 Sterne vergeben.

Mi mujer me dijo que por las noches no podía ver la hora del despertador entonces pensé "Le voy a regalar el mejor que haya" , y le compré este. Vienen los números de buen tamaño y la luz es potente, al menos por la noche le das un simple toque y se enciende, vamos que si se enciende, la otra noche le dió y se iluminó la calle donde vivimos entera, del fogonazo nos han enviado señales los extraterrestres, la vecina de en frente puede ver la luz de su despectador si le damos para que se encienda el nuestro, el otro día le cambié las pilas y estaba mirando al techo al darle sin querer un haz de luz ilumimó el cielo (foto), estuvo Batman media hora buscando (nosotros callao haciéndonos los dormidos), al rato se fue, en fin, que funciona muy bien, ahora dormimos con unas Ray ban por si acaso. Quizás me haya excedido un poco con lo de la luz pero se ve genial, es muy buena compra
