Very good massager, i like it's packaging.The product has a great finish,it is very soft to touch and is waterproof / resistant. It arrives with black pouch along with a charger cable plus warranty card. It has different mode of vibrations on both the heads, and each works nice. you have to check the warranty card and fill the google form to avail the warranty of the product. Good product.

Second I would like to mention the customer service, sometimes we don't realise the additional benefits we get with products so it's a must mention thing, the top head stped working after 5-6 months, the customer support executive helped me very nicely, all you have to do is to check the warranty card and fill the google form, you can connect them in whatsApp as well, they asked for the issues I was facing and for a video of the massager to check where the product having problem. I got a replacement of the product. Along with that I got a gift hamper😄😄😄😄 so very happy with the service. I wish if all the products could give a service like this😊😊😊

Price is a litte high, but the build quality is very good so it justifies the price. Lots of available modes which is great. Charging time is less. I had some issue with product after using it for few month, but their customer service is good. They replaced my product within a week. But there is an issue. After few months the noise from the massager will increase, it will not be as silent as the company claims.

The first review which i gave was after using for few days. So i thought the product was really good. Now i regret buying the product. The machine was good to use in the start but after few days the vibration sound became more. I guess trimmer doesn't make this much of loud noise. When u contacted the person regarding this. He asked me to send the video after sending it to him that person is saying there is no sound on the video. And he can't hear it. I just bought the item on November. Its not worth the price at all... Nor the company is ready to repair the item. For name sake they are saying that they have 1 year warranty. It's not at all provided when we face an issue with the item.

I liked the product which was good, but quite expensive compared to the quality and its usage. Only feasible for people who can afford it. Would not be affordable as a regular item. Battery is very very less and takes long time for charging it. Could have been much much better product wise. It felt nice to touch but its usability due to less battery life is a downer.

It is a massager in the series of Mate from Vandelay. A special purpose massager. You know it, I know it. Right? Right. So let's get to the review. Things it got RIGHT: 1. Extremely silent. 2. Dual head/ Dual motor work well indeed. 3. Shape and size. It's almost perfect. Almost. Things it CAN IMPROVE upon: 1. I won't call it a strong CON, CON, but this Master Mate has relatively weaker vibrations compared to Magic Mate. Perhaps the silence comes at a cost. If you are someone who needs shaky release of that mascular tension, then look for and compare other models by Vandelay. In my experience Magic Mate was definitely stronger. Don't know about Mega Mate. 2. This one is also not a pure CON. I think the price point could have been better (again comparing to the price of Vandelay's Magic Mate). Would I recommend this to a mate? Absolutely. Unless you are someone who desires or requires athletic level of performance, this one aesthetically serves the purpose. Dual head is certainly a boon.
