Are they good workout/gym headphones?

Yes, they're very good for working out. They're very lightweight and relatively small, so the don't get in the way. They're also reasonably snug, so they don't fall off too easily. I find them ideal for both working out and running. Of course, Bluetooth is nice because wires don't get in the way. All in all, I've found them to be exceptional headphones for working out.

Do they break easily??

I wouldn't say, "easily", but the headband isn't very wide. Although, I've sat on them twice and they didn't break. So, there's that.

Is it compatible with Windows 7 and iPad?

Anything with Bluetooth capability.
