No, you can't draw that much power from a normal plug socket with a 13 A fuse. 
Real ovens: are wired directly without a 13 A plug, use an electrical cable that can handle more amps, are not on the same ring main at the fuse box

Rockyray's information is probably incorrect:
When Belling, use to originally sell junior cookers they use to sell a 3-pin plug version, for example, I think 121R MK6 and a wired version that required an electrician to wire the cooker into the wall's wiring.

I purchased the 3-pin plug version because I could plug it into any 3-pin wall's socket, and use it.

But I was limited to either only using the small and large plate together or use the oven or grill with the small plate together.

The wired version it was possible to use everything together; small plate, large plate and either the oven or the grill.

It wasn't possible I don't think to use both the oven and the grill because they would use the same heating elements.
But if using the grill the door would have to email open.
But using the oven the door would have to remain closed

The small ring on my 3-pin Junior Belling has to be replaced.

Recently a Belling's expert stated that they stopped making junior Belling cookers about 3.5 years ago.

If my original was still being sold I would purchase one.
The more recent versions probably created after another company purchased Belling are inferior, they don't have separate temperature control for the grill.

Mine is probably at least 15 years old. - Belling was charging me about £155 think that it was to replace the ring.

Hence, looking for a replacement cooker, now called mini oven and hobs.

What I am extremely surprised about is that far too many appears to be an electrical fire risk or at least not fit for purpose.
The original versions there wasn't much if any difference with the price differences.

How do I use fan assisted oven p

The second knob down on the right is the function knob. You turn it clockwise to get it to the required setting. There's 7 settings including the top one. As it has 2 elements you need to turn it on 3 times from the top setting to get it to the fan oven with both elements. The 2 knobs above are also for the fan oven, but these only use one of the elments.
