Great kit works well, cuts hair great and operates great with newer style charger. I recommend minimal water exposure to washing the motor unit. I wash the hair out and then dry it when needed but my older model got water in it and used to turn on by itself till it dried. So I recommend washing and drying when cleaning or wet and storing it outside the shower in a dry area. The charge on this lasts a long time and cuts alot of hair without quitting after a charge. It's a great size, feels great when trimming hair, is a great price and super easy to use. This is my second one and the only maintainence on these is servicing them with a small bit of dialeteic dialectric grease between the blades. You have to wash the hair and the blades are sensitive to dirt or sand so clean hair before using them is important. The small blade is for trimming and the big blade is for full head hair. It also needs grease occasionally between the blade center of the plastic that operates between the motor peg. The trimmer lasts a long time and is one of the best ones I have ever had. I prefer this over the corded ones. Norelco is always on top of compatibility, affordability and good products. I used to buy a trimmer with changeable blades. This one doesn't go dull fast and it will last a long time if your cutting clean washed hair.

The battery life is insane, too I’ve used it multiple times a week for weeks now and haven’t had to recharge yet. What really surprised me, though, is the versatility. Beard, sideburns, neckline, even body trimming, it handles it all without missing a beat. And the stainless-steel build gives it a solid, premium feel that just screams quality. If you’ve always been a Wahl person like me, take it from someone who’s made the switch: this Norelco is worth every penny.

This shaver was a major upgrade form the cheap shaver I was using before. I was a little hesitant on purchasing since I couldn't justify spending $100 dollars on a shaver. Luckily , I was able to get on sale for $70(on prime day). After using it, it was well worth the money. PROS: - SOLID build quality. Only plastic pieces were the heads, but even those where a high quality plastic. - QUIET operation. It no longer sounds like I'm working a weed whacker in the restroom. My wife said she couldn't even hear it over the restroom ventilation running. - WATER RESISTANT. I was skeptical on using this in the shower, but it cuts just as good as dry shaving. - BATTERY LIFE. battery last awhile while on full charge. (TRY NOT TO CHARGE IT FRESH OUT OF THE SHOWER. LET IT COMPLETELY DRY. ) - ATTACHMENTS. It comes with many attachments that are easy to switch out. Although I mainly use the adjustable attachment, it's nice to know I have options. CONS: - Head durability. Although it is easy to switch heads, it makes me worried with how easy it comes off. Pulling off the head requires very little force and will sometimes come off when changing guards. Dropped it once and the head also popped off. Not a deal breaker at all, but concerns me on the longevity of the heads. - Cleaning. Cleaning this shaver isn't all too bad, it's just the hairs get caught up in the grease inside of the head and makes it a little tedious to wipe off. Overall, very solid shaver to have in your arsenal. If you can ever find this shaver on sale, I highly recommend it. If not, keep doing your research and make a decision based on your needs and wants.

Been about a month in a half since i received it. Although i don’t have a majestic beard, so i can’t really speak in terms of that.. it’s done the job decently well for my standards. I dislike that the attachments just come tossed in the bag, should have individual netting spots for the attachments. Or at least ones for non-plastic heads, currently i keep the steel heads wrapped in the paper they came in stored in the zipped pouch. Find it odd and stupid that one version has the proper case and the slightly higher priced one just has a “premium toiletry bag” The plastic heads alway feel finicky and weak, so i doubt it’ll last longer than 3 years depending how often you use them. But it is indeed quite easy to swap the heads out. Battery lasts quite a while without a charge, and tends to charge fairly quickly. Noise isn’t a problem, thing hums quietly. Kind of sucks that right after i bought it and paid full price, they shot down the price. $100 isn’t really worth it, this is more of a $50-$80 type trimmer, so keep an eye out for short sales. All in all, i need like 2 years minimum to see it’s full worth. Time will tell if the quality is there. So for now i give it 3 stars. Edit: Jan 2026, we’ve all grown older, been through some ups and downs (mainly downs) and as i mentioned.. i needed 2 years minimum. Well here i am a little over 2 years later. This clipper has served me well, the battery has kept it’s life up and hasn’t given out (yet). And honestly? I haven’t touched any of the “Hair Clipping” or Body Grooming attachments. My main attachments i’ve used are the Steel Trim head, Steel Precision, Precision Shaver, Nose & Ear Trimmer & the Precision Trimming Guard. Those are the only ones i’ve used in all this time. That’s 5 out of the 23, say’s something doesn’t it? Let’s be real here fellas, who’s out there cutting their own hair besides giving yourself a buzzcut or going fully bald. No one, (if you do i applaud you). I just stick to my barber/stylist who can see perfectly well behind my head and sides etc. The full 360. Most of us would be unable to see well or make it neat if we had all the mirrors and were able to snap our arms to reach back & work a proper cut. Maybe if you have a wonderful partner that can help you out, but for single men out there like me.. not a chance. So if i could go back in time, i’d get one different without spending more $ for the pointless attachments that wouldn’t serve me. I haven’t touched the body grooming attachments either, i have an old phillips just for that specific task. I don’t like using it face to jewels and back to face next week even if properly disinfected, i’m not an animal. Anyways, i’m upping my 3 stars to 4 just because it has done what i’ve needed.. but that last star is taken for 1. The price i paid (included useless attachments i couldn’t opt out of) 2. The “premium toiletry bag” that has no secure spots with nylon to put in the steel heads and keep it all a bit more tidy & organized at $99.99 but the other ones do? Logic? With that, we conclude the update. Life is short, do what you’ve been meaning to do or postponing and be careful and think of those you may hurt in your decision. Above all else, take care of yourself.

I tried several shavers before writing this review and the Norelco 9000 23 piece stands out as the best. Its been a few months now and the body grooming attachment is a must have and does not nick “anywhere” very smooth and easy/ quick to use. Also the multiple adjustable heads, nose / ear attachment and accessories are all convenient. I have not had to recharge the unit since purchasing - excellent battery life. Quiet, powerful, case holds all the attachments, cord and shaver well. Its been a few months and looks like new and is used every day. Nothing has broken and durability is good so far despite some of the attachments seeming fragile- everything is holding up well and should last years ( and attachments can be purchased separately anyway) on the web should one eventually need replacing. Not the closest face shave if comparing to a dedicated smooth face shaver but the best “All in One” out there.

I’ve been using this trimmer since July 2023, and it’s still working perfectly. I regularly use it for haircuts, trimming my beard, nose, and body hair, and despite heavy use, it’s held up really well. One of the attachments has developed a small crack, but it’s still completely usable. Other than that, I’ve had no issues with this set. The set is super complete and includes every attachment I could possibly need. The sharpness is pretty good in my opinion, even for my thick, curly hair, it gets the job done without any problems. It’s also very easy to use, very comfortable to hold (unlike some other trimmers I've had), and the battery life is impressive. The only improvement I’d suggest is adding a proper case to organize all the pieces. Some other trimmers include one, and it would be helpful since I often find myself searching for an attachment and thinking, “Where did I put that one?” An organizer would have been a great addition. That said, I’m really happy with this purchase and feel it’s absolutely worth the money.

Pros: Trimmer heads: Are ok and work decent. Great battery life. Self sharpening baldes. Great selection of adjustable combs and fixed combs. Cons: Nose trimmer: OK Foil shaver: Small and bad performance. Body trimmer head: Does protect the skin, but does not work well on long hair. No usb type c charging. No led screen at this price point. Summary: if you only need a trimmer then its fine, but then there are also other options out there with cheaper price tag, but if you are planning to use the foil shaver then you will be disappointed. Body trimmer will be ok if you didn't let hair grow too long.

Ce ne sont pas des lames pour faire du design. Ce donc pour quoi je donne 4. Le rasoir solo Je payerais 75$ pas plus.. Car les lames coupe pas à mon gout, pour la polyvalence absolu. This is a good razor to give you a fresh-from-the-barber look. Lightweight and well-designed equipment, solid and of good quality. This product comes with several accessories to give you the versatility needed for any desired style. On the other hand, the blades cut well but nothing more. These are not blades for designing. This is why I give 4. The solo razor I would pay $75 no more.. Because the blades don't cut to my taste, for absolute versatility.
