I got this and use it before brushing my teeth and as regular gum. I got the eight flavor package, and this one was my favorite. I let my friends try it too, and one of them said that the flavor disappears fast, but I disagree. This flavor was the most popular one wirh my friends (because when I had all eight, I let all four of them try out the flavors and rank them). I gave them each a pack because this is a lot for one person.

Very good gum, I chew it post every meal or sweet snack to clean my teeth, flavor disappears fast enough to let me know that i shouldn’t be chewing it anymore to not ruin my stomach.

Price fluctuates all over the place and will often get the wrong flavor when ordering, good when it shows up though.
