No cut-off protection is a major flaw
I am mostly happy with this product's performance, but there are 2 major design flaws in my opinion: 1. The percentage of charge does not display without pressing a button and this makes it a pain to keep an eye on the charge while in use. 2. The battery does not have a cut off protection. Since the charger has a big warning label not to let the battery run empty, this means that one cannot relax while using the 12V socket for various camping gadgets. There should most decidedly be an automatic cut off that prevents draining the battery
