This thing isn't going to win any awards for fit and finish but at this price point I'd consider it a good value. Materials aren't much more than adequate but nothing felt flimsy and the whole thing went together and works as advertised. They even included some small rubber pads for the horn mounts to reduce vibration so that was a nice touch. The air hose doesn't seem like great quality but the stuff is cheap at Lowe's and easy to replace whenever it starts cracking and leaking. I had a tough time finding a place in my engine compartment where this would fit but I knew what I was getting myself into. The sound quality is clear and robust with a mid tone that doesn't sound high and piercing but also isn't too low and sound like it's pretending to be something it's not. Sound volume is robust and far above average for stock or probably even aftermarket horns. It's loud enough that I'm concerned they'll say it's too loud when I take it in for inspection but we'll see. Texas law only says it shall not be "excessively loud" whatever that means. My last horn that gave out was a similar can-compressor style horn like this but with a smaller bell (Wolo big bad something or other, do not recommend). I think it gave out because it was mounted low and got exposed to a lot of water, so this time I mounted the compressor higher in the engine bay where it's more protected. In a few months I'll update with how it fairs after some heavy rains and puddles. Happy so far for the price as long as it keeps on working! As a bonus, the poorly translated instructions are a pretty good laugh.

I bought one of these some time back and just got around to installing it yesterday. The install was easy. First off, toss the instructions in the trash unless you can read gibberish. Second, I have (had) 2 factory horns in my 98 Dodge Dakota. I simply unplugged 1 and cut the plug at a length that I could later put it back on the truck if I want to. I soldered speaker wire to the existing horn wires, ran those to the compressor, and soldered those onto the compressor. Finding a place to mount the compressor was the hardest part, but still easy enough. I also made the hose as short as possible (about 6"). Make sure your positive and negative are correct before doing any soldering. The horn will not sound loud if they are incorrect. The relay that came with it went in the trash along with the gibberish instructions. It's really a simple install. The wife and I took a ride around to test it on the public. Lots of fun! We got a lot of laughs from most folks, though some were more inclined to give us the middle finger. ;) I figured I would write a review since I am on Amazon today to buy another one to replace my other factory horn!

Gotta say, it’s a lot louder than expected. Installer beware! Definitely an attention getter 🫨😆

This horn was reviewed online and it matched up exactly as advertised. Very loud. The only problem was the included relay did not work out of the box. Popped the relay open and found TWO broken solder joints inside. Resoldered the joints and it works well. For the price they charge perhaps the cheaped out on the relay. Good product for the money however.

Garbage! Thing came damaged almost looked like it was a return and then resent out. Compressor was broken and horn was dented. No wires, fuse box or switch included. Instructions were extremely vague I do not recommend this item.

Instructions are worthless. Used a T Tap and tapped into the green wire on the existing horn on both a 2004 and 2011 Silverado. Don’t tap into the black wire. Run a separate ground from the compressor to a ground on the truck (good one on the driver side firewall toward the top on both years). You will need to buy some wire, a loop connecter for the ground, and a couple connectors for the compressor end. On the 2004 wemonted the horn to the passenger side firewall. On the 2011 we montes it where the 2nd battery would go. Zip tied the compressor in both. Blew the 15a mini fuse in the 2011 right away. Will upgrade to 20a. Sounds great!

Well lets just say it stops working at about 32°F and less. After less than 1 year you will have to replace the cracked and broken puece of tubing because its cheap hose. So, if you live somewhere it freezes, i suggest a different item.

Great value for money and sounds like a proper lorry horn. Fitted to my land rover on a separate button, just make sure to run it through a relay as it is high current

According to all the reviews I am sure the horn sounds load and works great and by the video's. This horn assembly doesnt come with any wire harness nor relay. I was told by there customer service rep that the harness would be included in the box. Packaged arrived and to no avail, no wire harness nor relay comes with this unit. Dont tell me it comes with the wirring harness and relay if it does not. False advertizing for sure. Sent in a complaint to Amazon as well. Thanks Libby for lying!!!!!! unprofessional for sure. Maybe do your homework prior to telling a customer it comes with the harness. I have spoken with comfort wheels and since the have apologized and have issued a full refund for the horn. Great customer service and quick response on there part. Thank you for your full refund. My issue has been resolved promptly. I quickly hooked up the horn and boy is it loud and worth the money great product.

I have been looking for a good value horn that has the power to alert other drivers that you are there. This was my third attempt at achieving that. I can safely say that this horn not only alerts the drivers near you but alerts those in the next state. It is very loud and instant noise. I am very happy with the purchase. Easy to install and very good value. Highly recommended.

Installed it into my little hatchback on a separate button to main horn. Its fantastic, well worth the money and a good laugh too.
