This item is very flimsy at the top, after a couple of uses, especially where you are turning head to an angle. I dont think this item is going to last long. The blade to remove water doesnt connect well with window and remove soap, after a couple of uses. There shoyld be a separate connecter for dust brush and wiper as when i change from one to another it doesnt come out of the pole with ease........the supplier has since got in touch and addressed my issues very satisfied

The sturdiness of the pole when using on full extension isn't great. Doesn't reach well into corners or lower edge of window. Squeegee blade isn't sturdy enough/or not completely straight and leaves streaks on window. I've had to clean window 4 times and still streaks visible. I've always used a shorter window cleaner with telescopic handle where cleaning results have been far superior, but I was looking for an alternative to get to some of my first floor windows . Whilst I've managed to loosen and partially clean some dirt, the streaks left by Squeegee are more annoying than the level of grime on the windows. Easier to use and control on shorter length of handle, however still not as easy as previous sturdy telescopic window cleaner.

Used it first time last weekend and wasn't disappointed as it cleaned my windows as good as my old window cleaner. It was good to be able to get to my higher windows and was easy to use.

Goes together well. Robust. Perfect for job I needed.

Not long enough to reach upstairs windows which had been the point of purchase.

Great good to reach outside windows without hanging out and it gets into corner without a problem. It's also great for reaching under couches gets all them lit bits and dust from under them without having to move them.
