So perfect we will get more! (Replace that fake grass on top tho)
Great size, seems well made, thick plastic, Easy to assemble, did replace the crappy fake grass (that didn't even cover the top) with nice landscaping pebbles we had outside, but aside from that it is perfect, both of our large boys liked it and used it right away, the privacy for them is important, as with all cats. Smell retention is an improvement from regular boxes. Fits our decor nicely and makes something that is never pleasant looking, very aesthetically pleasing. Sent a picture to people saying what an improvement it was, and they didn't realize it was a fake plant let alone a litter box. So all around a fantastic product that my husband told me we need to get 2 more of to replace the rest of our litter boxes in the rest of our house.

Do it. It's better than most options and looks great.
Looks great. Hides box fairly well. Closed box provides more privacy and (feeling of) protection for the cat(s). Easy to clean. WAY better than the wood furniture enclosures which still need a litter pan. Litter and occasional pee would still get outside of the pan and start to destroy the enclosure base, eventually leaking pee onto the floor underneath. I used those for years and this enclosure is far superior. Suggestions: - Replace silly paper stuff provided with some polished rocks. It totally makes it look fancy. - To clean the fake plant of top, take it off and rince it in the sink or with a hose outside. Cleans well and is quick. - If the colors available don't work with your space, spray paint the outside (not the inside, since cats scratch at the walls to "bury" their business.

Perfect for shy kitties!
We have a nice wooden bench enclosure for the litter box in the hallway upstairs, and a nice wicker enclosure for the box in the family room. The issue for us is we get many family members visiting on the holidays and during the summer sometimes. Our 3 cats are extremely shy and hide in the master bedroom when they arrive. We worried that they "hold it" until it gets quiet in the household. Not cool. So, last time we placed a temporary litter box in our bedroom. My husband was unhappy due to the litter dust floating in the air when they attempted to cover their business. So, I got him this specifically to place in the corner of the bedroom for when guests visit. He is happy it better contains litter dust, is discreet, looks nice, and the kitties are happy that they can use the box when they feel like it and not wait for the guests to go to sleep before sneaking to their other boxes. Plus, I keep a little folding step next to it so I can sit to clean it out, and don't even bother taking the top off because I use a slotted litter scooper along with a solid scoop. I transfer the waste into the solid scoop, and then to the litter genie. I even velcroed a little motion sensor light on the inside of this enclosure so that they can see what they're doing...and me too. Great solution to our issue.

Meets my objectives
We have one, big, cat. Strictly indoors. I love him to death but I was fed up with litter-box smells and litter-scatter on the floor. I also didn't care for the litter box being in plain view. Recently I went on a quest to solve all those problems. The "yikes, the smell!" problem was solved with a Litter Genie. I've reviewed that separately. The "litter-scatter" problem solution will be my next review after this one. The "litter box in plain view" problem was solved with this item. First, the reasons I'm not giving it 5 stars: - The product label says, in two places, "Made in the USA". When I turned over the base, I saw "Made in China" stamped into the bottom. I got the company's phone number from the Web and asked about this. I spoke with Randy, who told me it has been made in the USA (in the city of Miami, OK) for several years, he was not aware this stamp is apparently still in the mold, and he would need to have the mold fixed. - The left and right edges of the "doorway" on the top half had a rough bit of plastic that should have been trimmed and smoothed. This could potentially have hurt the cat if he brushed against it. This should have been caught in Quality Control and fixed. (We fixed it ourselves.) - The included filter is only a thin piece of black foam you can see through. I believe it is only useful as a dust filter. I got a cut-to-fit "Universal Charcoal Filter" made by Nature's Miracle and added it on top of the included filter. - There were a couple of small marred spots on the plastic, I believe from the mold they make it in. Not readily noticeable though. Now, why I LIKE this product: - The shape gives kitty more room. He can turn around, and do his covering-up without standing half-in and half-out. - It's deep enough to hold a good depth of litter. - I'm using Petco's jumbo size drawstring style litter pan liner on the bottom. These are super heavy, and plenty big enough to cover the bottom and come up high on the sides. This should make it easy to do a "total exchange" of litter periodically. - It really is no trouble to put the top back on after scooping. I just line up the doorway on both sides and it goes back together easily. For kitty's safety, I do check the alignment so the doorway is smooth on both sides. The whole process only takes a minute. I used some smallish river rocks around the "palm" instead of the dried grass stuff. It makes the top a little heavier but still lines up pretty easily. And by the way, after shaping it a bit, I think the palm looks ok. - Nobody notices it's a litter box! Really! I have it turned so the door opening is more toward the corner and about 7" from the wall. This leaves plenty of room for kitty to get in and out, but he has a longer path to walk before he gets to the bare floor. And that's PART of the "litter-scatter" solution. The REST is the litter mat I bought, which will be my next review...

Great purchase. Love the product.
This product is awesome. Large in size. I placed a stainless steel round litter pan inside. Plastic would hold smell. Being honest, I purchased the steel inserts from temu. They were on sale $47 each where Amazon wants $100 so I basically got 2 for the price of one. It holds a massive amount of litter. It gives the cats so much privacy. Nobody knows they are litter boxes. It’s just the right height for our 2 cats. I did my own flower arrangement and added rocks. The carbon filter is not a filter at all. It’s a piece of paper thin foam. If you want a carbon filter just save yourself the trouble and order it. I use Tofu litter, so with the steel inserts there is literally no smell and they’re in an apartment living room. If you’re thinking of getting this product, go for it. I would however recommend the steel inserts. The inserts alone are awesome and heavy duty. The Temu Inset size is round 17.17*17.17*12in and has rubber around the trim. Saved me time because it holds a lot of litter so I don’t have to refill as much.

Ziet er hartstikke leuk uit en de katten maken er dankbaar gebruik van. Eerste keer was het erg lastig om de deksel er op te krijgen maar dat gaat steeds beter.

Took a moment for my youngest cat to get the hang of it. And she takes the filter out and puts it in the potty lol but other than that. It hides the smell and it looks great

Well worth it. My cat loves it. Could be cheaper but worth the buy
