I’m returning mine. It does not work

Q: Will this turn signal be install at the rear tire frame at my KQi3 Pro ? I already have one strapped at the handke pole.

I bought this for my son. He had a difficult time putting it on the rear tire frame. He finally used thick double-sided tape to keep it securely on. Then the signal itself popped out of the signal frame and got run over by a car which caused the turn signal to stay in the on position. The the signal started getting hot, so my son turned it over to campus police, just in case it decided to catch fire. Sorry I can't be more helpful to you.
