Sikkim province in India makes only organic food, an entire province, including an estate where they grow tea. The EU calls Organic Bio. Oregon Tilth administers a lot of US Organic labeling under the regulations that USDA sets. In the US, they make Grassfed and Organic meat, and there's a certifier PCO who does a combined inspection/certification to ensure they follow the rules. So yeah, it's perfectly possible to make organic food, tea, textiles and meat. Since teabloom just made a failed attempt at gaslighting, I'm going to stay away from their products. Teabloom's answer is aggressive, down-talking, and false.

Are each of these for one cup of tea or for one pot of tea?

I tend to like a lighter tea. I use a pot of tea so I can see the flowering bloom in the water. It's simply lovely. If you want a stronger flavored tea you can use a glass cup/mug. The flower is very strong, according to my standards, and my glass pot works perfectly when I want a show with my tea. Enjoy

How large do blooms get?

Tea blooms are approximately 3-4 inches high and 3 inches wide.

Can these be steeped in a cup, and if so, how many times?

We bought the clear, double-layer cups to watch the teas bloom. Fun to watch. But, any cup will do. Steeped once and that seems to be it.

ça change du thé blanc à la rose ou au jasmin !

Ravie d'avoir trouvé des fleurs de thé VERT, avec un assortiment de goûts différents. On a pour l'instant goûté ananas, baie d'açai et litchi, et gros coup de coeur pour le premier ! Les autres sont bons aussi. Seul petit souci : les fleurs de thé flottent au lieu de rester au fond, et finissent par couler bien longtemps après s'être ouvertes, dommage.

Beautiful Gift

I bought this as a gift for a friend and we shared a couple of the teas. Not only did they taste great (rich flavor, very aromatic), but the way the individual balls unfurled was perfect - they were all tied neatly for presentation and it was a picture from start to finish. The carrying tube is easy transport and attractive - this was a very giftable set, I'd highly recommend it for anyone who loves blooming teas!
