Does the fluorescence allow for leak detection?

All I can say is, it is pretty obvious if and where the leak is due to its colour. Definitely a needed additive if you want system components to last. Does not get pulled out when vacuuming down. Only water and air will be removed.

Ideal quantity for car air conditioning system.

Ease of use, by putting contents into a glass container, so that you know easily how much you want to put in. Good colouring for easy identification of any leaks. Good value for the quantity. Unfortunately, No writing in English for instructions on the can. Refer to U tube For many possible suggestions using the low side vacuum to pull the fluid in. Vacuum compressor just pulls out air and water vapour, Oil remains in system.
