My grandson wasn’t so sure about the squirts, but once he realized it helped with the pain he was happy to let me use it on him. My older son said it had great relief after only a couple of uses. Purchased a 2nd time due to its effectiveness and their reoccurring ear issues

Baby seemed to get relief from this! So, I would say effective for a mild case. Always consult a doctor though.

Few months ago, I tried this natural ear spray after experiencing an ear infection, hoping for a gentle solution. Unfortunately, it didn't seem effective for me. Additionally, I found that it easily mixed with earwax, which ended up clogging my ear canal. Ultimately, I had to turn to a prescription medication for relief. While I appreciate the intention of using natural ingredients, this product just didn’t work as I had hoped.

This product help us a lot on beach holidays , easy to use , and to take with you on the go ! Happy with the results too
