I have been on a quest to find a simple, no sugar, healthy-ingredients sparkling tea for quite some time. When I found Tama Teas it was like finding the holy grail. I love Yerba Mate and its health benefits, and the simple addition of carbonation with lemon and mint or lemon and ginger is a chef’s kiss of perfection. So many other brands add sugar, or fake sweeteners, or a mess of other ingredients, like guarana, that turn my stomach. With just ten calories and a boost of caffeine I’ve found my perfect sparkling tea. The best part is this caffeine boost doesn’t leave me jittery or anxious. I love drinking these at lunch to avoid an afternoon slump. I’m laser-focused at work and just feel good overall. I am a big yerba mate drinker and decided to try this brand out because of the ingredients and no added sugar. Of course the taste won’t be as great as those that have a ridiculous amount of added sugar or other sweeteners, but it tastes good for what it is. It has a good amount of caffeine without added caffeine like other brands have. I would like to see more flavor varieties in the future, but so far I enjoy it.

I liked these from a health aspect. All flavors were good except I didn't care for the mint. But that is a personal preference. I would buy again. I always look for low or no sugar products.

Since the other brands all went to a high sugar/artificial sweetener recipe this is an amazing substitute. Great flavors, no added garbage, clean ingredients. Very herbal natural mate taste that keeps you going without the crash and jitters. Love these flavors. 10/10

We are huge mate fans and this was my least favorite so far. It tastes far too much like kombucha.

Taste is only so-so, and quite expensive. One of the lesser yerba drinks I've tried.

Such a good product. Tastes like real quality tea. The ingredients list is awesome and I love that I can adjust the sweetness to my liking by adding a bit of stevia. Prob wouldn't need a sweetener at all if it wasn't carbonated. Trying the brand Yerbae right before this was like night and day. Most things that are pre sweetened are over the top and the "flavors" can give it an artificial taste. I'm going to keep trying others as well but this is going to be a staple. Love it! Oh yeah, my fav flavor..mint, rose, ginger. In that order. I could go without the ginger but I could see how it might be good on cold days bc it truly does warm you up from the inside.
