Bought this in 2024 and is still functional till date. Camera is top notch, black color phone, screen is in good condition and phone is good quality. Will recommend to new users to buy .

I purchased this refurbished iPhone 14 Pro Max for £500 expecting a professionally refurbished device with decent-quality components. After Christmas and New Year, the battery performance began to drop significantly, which I understand can happen with older phones. I initially took it to a local repair specialist in Leeds (iPatch) just for a routine battery replacement, as I rely heavily on my phone for work. However, when the phone was opened, the technician found that a very poor-quality aftermarket screen had previously been fitted and it was already starting to separate. This was likely the cause of the screen intermittently going blank when the phone was moved. As a result, I ended up needing both a new screen and battery, costing around £300 — over half the original purchase price. I appreciate that refurbished phones often contain replacement parts and that batteries naturally wear out over time. But at this price point, I would have expected better-quality refurbishment and components that lasted longer than a few months. If you’re considering buying refurbished, I would recommend checking exactly what standard of refurbishment is being offered and factoring in the potential need for a battery replacement on phones of this age. Buyer beware.

I bought this iPhone on 7 July 2025. It arrived in excellent condition with no scratches and looked exactly as described. The phone has been working well ever since. Battery health was 84% when I received it and is now 83% almost a year later. Overall, I am happy with my purchase.

I was actually worried how the phone would be but after using it for few weeks its was worth it battery says 80% and its still decent for rhe price i paid to be fair few scratches on the side but minor as it would need a cover anyways

I purchased this phone which arrived in very good condition with no scratches and undamaged. I was very pleased with it but had problems when charging it as the charging cable did not seem to fit securely in the charging port and on occasions stopped charging. It seemed a little loose. I notified the seller and was asked to return it for examination. I could not do this as I had no landline and with elderly relatives being unwell it was my only means of communication. I eventually took it into a local repair shop and they cleaned out the charging port which they said had cleared a lot of debris. It cost me £25 however I considered this to be a small price to pay to have the phone in perfect working order. Still very pleased with its condition but a little disappointed that the problem with the charging port had not been discovered by the seller.

iPhone 14+ pro max. Incredible price. I was wary buying a used phone, but turned out to be absolutely excellent. Not a mark on it. Screen and the rest of the phone as new. Works exactly as it should. Only disappointment was the charging cable that came with it, stopped working after a week, but that was no big problem. Very happy with a great phone for an exceptional price.

Phone is good but for excellent condition there were so many scratches on all 4 sides, especially the cgarging port area and sides, its like a ton of random dots that you cant wipe away but the screen was perfect condition, although only 84% battery a bit disappointing.

I wouldn't even give this company 1 star – that would be far too generous. I purchased an iPhone from Saisales and selected the "Excellent Condition" option. When the phone arrived, it appeared acceptable at first glance when viewed from the front. However, it quickly became apparent that the device was far from being in excellent condition. At the same time, I purchased a phone case. Within a matter of days, the case broke. I thought this was unusual, so I purchased another case, only for it to break in exactly the same place after a short period of use. The day after the second case broke, the phone screen suddenly turned bright green and began flashing, making the device unusable. I also noticed that the phone's frame did not appear straight, so I took it to my local Apple Store for a second opinion. I was informed that the frame was bent and that the device contained some US-specification components that were not compatible with a European iPhone. Apple also informed me that this incompatibility could potentially be the cause of the screen issues. In addition, the sides of the phone and the buttons feel unusually sharp and rough. The device simply does not feel like a genuine iPhone in the condition advertised. I have contacted Saisales numerous times regarding these issues. Their response was to return the phone for inspection, while also stating that if they believe the device has been damaged during return transit, they will refuse to inspect it and simply send it back. Given the condition in which the phone was supplied, this response is extremely concerning. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. In my opinion, this phone fails on all three counts. The device I received was not as advertised, was not in excellent condition, and is not fit for purpose. I feel completely mis-sold and am now left without a working phone. I am absolutely disgusted by both the quality of the product supplied and the level of customer service I have received.

Ho ordinato iPhone 14 pro max Argento 3 mese fa il 30 july, oggi siamo all inizio di Novembre e volendo togliere la custodia mi sie staccato lo schermo vedevo anche prima che c'era qualcosa di anormale con lo schermo pero non riuscivo a capire adesso ho visto che lo schermo non e stato riparato bene. PERCIO Sono molto insoddisfatta ....

In great condition, with one small dent in the corner that isn’t visible with a case on. Came with a new battery, not Apple original but works perfectly. This is a huge plus! Much better to have a 3rd party brand new than an original at 80%. Everything as advertised, very sarisfied
