These are quality. Already seeing improvements, and they're not 10000000% of my daily value unlike other pills with ridiculous additives.

I bought this product a couple of years ago and found another box in my cabinet. Giving it 3 stars because it does decrease appetite but I could not figure out why my blood sugars do not go down at all with this supplement despite eating less. However, it has maltodextrin as an ingredient which spikes blood sugars, so this kind of defeats the purpose of taking this for me. Also magnesium stearate is one of the ingredients too which is NOT good for you either. It's a shame since it is a good appetite suppressant, but I am trying to lower my BS. If I want to risk raising my blood sugars, I would rather eat a piece of cake.... A request to the manufacturer - PLEASE consider removing the maltodextrin and magnesium stearate. Thanks

I have PCOS so I was looking for a supplement that would help with my irrational hormones! Heard that chromium was good for Insulin regulation, glucose balance,weight regulating and metabolism. All the key factors associated with PCOS and very hard to control as I have in the past followed a strict diet and exercise but found myself still battling to regain control of my body! My main problems were excess weight around the middle, constantly bloated, lethargy, and super water retention! I purchased PHARMA NORD BIO- CHROMIUM and decided to give it a go and see if it made a difference to my symptoms? Well, IT WORKED! The bloating has reduced considerably. I seem to have more energy as I feel it helps with digestion turning food into fuel rather than just sitting there! I am running to the toilet more often as the water weight is being shed and I don't hold onto the water as I used to which is FANTASTIC!!! Sugar cravings have also ceased (having a sweet tooth didn't help!) I am assuming over time this supplement will help with my overall weight as I feel calories are NOW being burned hence the lift in energy. They really work on reducing the sugar cravings. If i forget to take them in the morning I want sugar all day long,but if I take them regularly I dont even think of sweets or any sweet taste.I will buy them again after my supply is gone.
