Great Perch Jerker!!
Have been using this same reel for a couple of years and still working like new. I consider myself to be pretty rough on my equipment and put it to the test sometimes. I use this reel for perch jerking, but I’ve caught a few choupic and catfish I landed a choupic that was over 8 pounds and it still hasn’t failed me. After 2 years and change it still cast and reels very smooth. I do clean and oil as needed. I love this reel and plan on getting the smallest one soon.

Smooth, well built and has done flawlessly reeling in catfish and bass the ten times used so far. I am planning on buying another for my daughter at Christmas.

Would rate higher but both broke after about one year.
liked real very much. Handles well. Rated as low as I did because thumb lever broke in about one year. Can't find replacements. Only problem.
