Power supply doesn't work.
ZERO star. I'm deeply disappointed with the Mixer Grinder. Not only did the product show signs of poor quality within the first few uses, but the service aspect was even more disappointing. I waited for over two weeks, hoping they would pick up the product for servicing, but there was ZERO response from their end. It's frustrating when a product doesn't meet basic quality standards, but the lack of customer support adds insult to injury. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone seeking a reliable mixer grinder experience.

Its average machine
There is no controller switch with the product. It is directly operated with power switch . After running 30 sec or more, there is some abnormal smell coming from machine. There is also leakage unless i tight it very hard.
