I've experienced the pain and sensitivity issues related to diabetic nephropathy for several years, not to mention several other injuries (eg fractured both heels). I've tried different approaches to addressing my foot problems with limited results - so I was somewhat skeptical in regard to my expectations when I placed my order. The Neuro Ball arrived today so I gave it a try by follwing the "foot relaxation" video Naboso has shared on YouTube. I'm already very impressed with the results after only 5 minutes spent (about the time required to do the steps in the video). Increased feeling. Far more relaxed. Definitely recommend the Neuro Ball.

Aktiviert und belebt das Gewebe. Ich bin sehr positiv beeindruckt von dem Ball. Auch der kleine Ball hat diese Spikes. Man kann damit toll die Hände und Finger behandeln.

This works much better than a tennis ball but is pricey. The special texture is activating by massaging. It seems like it has multi functional purposes.

I haven’t had this little neuro ball for very long, but I love it. Once you get used to using your feet feel relaxed and it feels as though your foot opens out every time you use it. I think it will be great for your balance overall. Great quality.
