Excellent Value for money!
I've had my computer for a couple of weeks, it worked like dream strait out of the box. I use it for Digital Art and games and so far handles everything with ease. I can't comment on tec support as I haven't needed to contact them. It is robust and the main bord is by MSI and is well laid out; there are for memory slots two of which are filled giving me 32GB of memory and the ability to expand to 64GB. The fans and water cooling are near silent in operation and I have had no heat issues no mater what I've asked of the system. The only thing I would change is more USB connecters. A nice touch is the inclusion of extra cables and a cradle to add mor internal storage. All in all if you're look for a powerful Desktop PC at a reasonable prise then I can honestly recommend the AMD Ryzen 9 7900X, Nvidia RTX 4070 12GB, 32GB RAM, 1TB SSD

Absolutely terrible quality
Well as you can see in the photos the product was not finished, part of the PC not secure. We found 3 hand tighteners in the bottom of the case It wouldn't link up to the monitor Performance terrible Certainly not value for money What durability? No heat Appearance probably the only thing going for it Terrible quality We are now trying to return the item and issue a refund Even this service is terrible

Came without a CPU
Bought the pc in a black friday deal. The PC arrived and i opened the box. To my surprise there was no CPU inside the pc and the CPU heatsick was not attached and the bolts/screws to fix the CPU heatsink were rattling around inside. I only found 3/4 of these. I now have to wait 3 working days to get this taken back and then 14 working days to get my money back.

Super fast
Well packed and everything works as it should. I edit photos in lightroom and Photoshop, it's nice not having to wait for the computer to think about things! Tried some video edit, nothing major, and that seems to be quick enough too! Love how tidy the cables are inside too! Very happy.

Welcome to the world of PCs where you don't just run your machine, but you need to troubleshoot random stuff first and diagnose your system metrics on whether your specific setup is built/performs well. Parts within these PCs are random except for their general specs and can be hit or miss in some circumstances. (RAM is an outlier - don't expect to get these 5200MHz necessarily. Mine was 4800MHz CL40, but DDR5, still. Some other person here got 5600MHz.) I, like seemingly quite some folks, had fans and water pump wrongly plugged into the Mainboard, which took me some time to figure out how to quieten this crazily loud jumbo jet of an idling PC, gaining back control over fan speeds via BIOS. And then I would have loved to know that the reset button had been hijacked to control RGB before I spent about a day on finding out how to tone that ultra-bright rainbow shining cube down some degree via BIOS controls. (But I was also a fool to using AI in this process.) So, expect some differences on what exactly has been built together in what way and therefore possibly some things to fix or have an eye on, like propably not the best PSUs / AIOs / Mainboards (and RAM, of course but that's crazy atm anyways). Concerning what some people here say about the mainboards with PCIe4 and that they are too weak to support high end and/or rtx50xx graphics cards, you should research for yourselves - as I read, there's barely a dirfference at all in gaming between PCIe4 and PCIe5. (The test I read was with 5090s, so I suppose(!) all 50xx should be fine on PCIe4.) So be ready to diagnose your temps and benchmark your hardware / test system stability but then - at least in my case, get a very well-specced PC for a pretty competitive price, even at the 2.5k € it costs atm (26/03/09). Arrived with no bloatware, except what Win11Home might give you, and arguably a weaker RAM than recommended for the 9800x3d (sweet spot afaik 6000MHz-6400MHz CL30) but that seemingly does not weigh as heavy, because the X3D cache carries gaming some way. And the higher the resolution you're going for the less the FPS difference because of slow RAM. Nevertheless I wasn't very happy when I noticed that my RAM was even a bit slower than advertised. But as crazy-many-browser-tabs-open-people or such, who run RAM intense non-gaming stuff, you might notice more. My specs: 9800x3d Gainward rtx 5080 Phantom GS Asrock B650M-CX 2.0 1TB Kingston SSD Inwin 850w B85 E PSU (voltage seems pretty stable under stress for now) 2x Adata 4800Mhz CL 40 RAM OEM AIO My system's temps when stress testing CPU ~ max 85°C but lower avg, GPU at e.g. Cyberpunk (4k, all max, DLSS Quality, Framegen x4) below 80°C max (spikes) avg 72-76°C (not entirely sure), furmark (FHD, small FFTs) more like 75°C max. For the fan nerds: I would need to buy some additional (small) stuff to make the case fans behave independently from each other and the AIO air fan. For now the whole RGB/air fan control and pump control runs through a hub on the back side of the case (can't exactly call this part cable-managed at all) that only lets me set behaviour for all air fans together. I don't mind that though and also here, your mileage may vary due to different components. All in all, for me 3,5-4* because of the price I got it for (<2.3k) with caveats in terms of RAM(especially) and time investment needed before everything worked as intended. Oh, and be sure to claim your free games via CP emial support, if there are some promotions for specific AMD and/or Nvidia products, like they are now atm.
