It is a nice set once put together but does take some time. I damaged a part and the company reached out to help me and I was grateful for their assistance. Very good company and product.

Very, very, nice. Well made. Easy to assemble. The kids absolutely love it! We are super happy with the swing set. It’s going to be a fun summer.

This swing set is plenty sturdy for my 3yo granddaughter, probably good up to 6-8yo. I was missing a small plastic spacer. Customer support was great except they couldn’t just mail me the missing part, they had to mail a whole new swing set. Then I removed the needed part and had to mail it back. Luckily FedEx picked it up at my residence.

We bought this after our disappointment of a more expensive one. It took a little over 2 hrs to build it was very easy until the seasaw that was a little challenging because we mixed up the actual legs but it was a quick and easy fix. My kids love it already it has so many components for all kids we did opt to add a smaller kid seat but the swing itself was easily interchangeable thankfully. It is very sturdy it stands about 6ft tall so it is the perfect tallness and I love the look of it. I bought this on sale but it is honestly even worth full price I recommend this for kids 100% it's a very comfortable size for kids to play and for you to feel safe letting them play solo with it.

I’m so disappointed in this product. We bought this for our kids for Christmas and just finished setting it up after hours of construction. First, the box came absolutely destroyed. It looked like someone had purchased this before us, changed their mind and tried to shove it all back in the box. The plastic and the metal pieces look like they got mauled by a bear with big gouges in the pieces. It looked this way immediately upon opening! As we continued building we ran into numerous issues where screw holes were completely unusable, metal parts were bent and plastic pieces had literally melted. The instructions could have been written better by a 5 year old and they give you two tiny tools to assemble it when it reality we needed 5 wrench sizes, a drill, two screwdrivers and a mallet. The cherry on top is that not only do they not give you extras of literally any piece in case you lose or break one but they also didn’t even give us enough bolts to finish the set! The circle swing can’t be used as is because we didn’t have a final bolt to attach the last chain. Overall, this product was horrible to assemble and I would not recommend it to anyone.

About for my granddaughter when she comes to Grandma's. And she loves it she calls it her playground she loves it she goes out every time she comes she wants to know where her playground is she just was so excited over that very great quality very well made will last a long time

I purchased the Outsunny 5-in-1 Kids Swing Set as an early birthday gift for my great nephews, and it was a hit! My brother and I spent about 4 hours putting it together. Although one of the set bars was incorrect, we managed to make it work, but I will be needing a #10 bar to replace the wrong one. Pay close attention to which side you place the #31 bar—it does make a difference. We also encountered some issues with the slide, so be sure to follow the instructions exactly as they are laid out. Despite these hiccups, the boys absolutely loved it—they were so excited they didn’t want to come inside, even when it started raining. This playground set is a fantastic way to keep kids entertained outdoors!

Fairly easy to put together, the swing is tiny so if needed for a bigger child this isn’t for you. The slide assembly process is a pain as there isn’t a way to connect both bolts to the main frame. The delivery driver left the product in the middle of my driveway, no where near my house. When assembling take not that the location of part 31 is definitely important look further to the step that attaches the seesaw because if you put it in the wrong location you will have trouble with this step ! It’s small and compact enough to fit in a small yard and definitely meant for smaller children

Overall we love this playground but it doesn’t come with any ground anchors so it tips when my child swings on it. Can anyone tell me where to find anchors?
