This should not be used underwater. The expanding air has no place to be released and it can rip the seam. This is a SMB, not a DSMB.

Can i use a bcd hose to inflate?

Hello, You cannot use the bcd hose to inflate, our SMB has an inflation/deflation valve, you can easily inflate by oral. Thanks for your atention.
