Good customer service
Arrived on time and well packaged. I panicked at the weight! I thought they were going to be too heavy for the suspended ceiling frame. I called the seller who was extremely helpful. If I wanted to return the tiles in person he was prepared to open on a Sunday. But I trusted his advice and I now have a clean and smart new bathroom ceiling. Good quality product, good customer service.

good item, but lots arrived broken sadly
buy extra as they hide the damaged ones inside the pack. transport also broke a few corners. lucky i bought enough to cut up the damaged ones. look good up. they defo help with reflecting the room heat back. easy for fitting spot lights to. ok product, just sad to find so many damaged. i didnt complain, they might have a good returns policy? but i didnt bother
